ORDER:
In the G.O. read above, Government have accorded sanction for establishment of Pre-Examination Training Centre (PETC) for the Pre Examination training of Scheduled Tribes students appearing for the U.P.S.C and State Civil Services and other examinations to improve the chances of their success in examination; thereby raising their educational and employment standards.

2. The Government hereby rename the scheme “Dr. Y.S.R. Study Circle” as “NTR Vidyonnathi”.
