How to Apply for NIMCET 2025, NIMCET Registration 2025. The National Institute of Technology (NIT), has begun the application process for the MCA common entrance test (CET).

Candidates are informed that they can submit the online applications latest by May 9. The entrance exam will be conducted on June 20. All the interested and eligible candidates can apply at the official website, nimcet.in.

NIMCET is a common entrance national level test, conducted by any of the NITs, for admission in to their MCA programme.

The MCA programme is offered by NITs at Agartala, Allahabad, Bhopal, Jamshedpur, Kurukshetra, Raipur, Surathkal, Tiruchirappalli and Warangal.

The admission into the MCA programme for the year 2025 in above-mentioned nine NITs will be based on the rank obtained by candidates in NIMCET.

NIMCET Registration Details

The National Institute of Technology Raipur, NIT Raipur, have re-opened the online registration and application submission form link for NIMCET examination.

As per the notice, candidates can now apply for NIMCET or can modify their application form till June 11, 2020. Recently, NIT Raipur released the revised dates for NIMCET examination, as per the schedule, NIMCET 2020 is now scheduled for June 20, 2025.

NIMCET Important information: The examination was postponed due to the ongoing coronavirus outbreak, followed by the subsequent Pan-India lockdown.

As per information available on the official website,  Admit cards for NIMCET 2025 will be available on the website. Candidates can register for the NIMCET examinations through the registration link which will be available on the official website nimcet.in.

Through NIMCET exam, students can get admission to the MCA programme. The Master of Computer Application (MCA) programme is offered by NITs at Agartala, Allahabad, Bhopal, Calicut, Jamshedpur, Kurukshetra, Raipur, Surathkal, Tiruchirappalli and Warangal.

Eligibility Criteria for NIMCET: Educational Qualifications: Indian National Candidates who have completed their bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 60% are eligible to appear for NIMCET. Eligible candidates can follow the steps below to register for NIMCET 2020.

Steps to register for NIMCET: 

The National Institute of Technology has enabled the MCA common entrance test registration link. Candidates have to register on NIMCET website by creating the login, password as instructed therein and then fill all the details as per the Online Form.

All the eligible candidates should first register in the website https://www.nimcet.in by entering the personal email-id and the personal mobile number as per the schedule.

After submitting this information, an email will be sent to the mentioned email-id and the candidate will see a message accordingly on the webpage.

Application Fee: An application fee of Rs 2,200 is to be submitted by the candidates along with the NIMCET Application form.

NIMCET Test Pattern: NIMCET test will be conducted in English medium, consisting of only one question paper containing 120 multiple-choice questions covering – Mathematics, Analytical Ability & Logical Reasoning, Computer Awareness, General English
