The National Institute of Technology, NIT will release the NIMCET Admit Card 2021 or the NIT MCA common entrance test 2021. Students can download the same from the official website, nimcet.in. The NIT Raipur is the organising institute of the national level entrance exam this year.
As per the latest news, National Institute of Technology, NIT Raipur has postponed NIMCET 2021 examination. The examination that was scheduled to be conducted on May 23, 2021, has been postponed keeping the pandemic under consideration. The official notice can be checked by all candidates on the official site of NIMCET on nimcet.in.
The official website of NIT Raipur reads, ‘NIMCET-2021 examinations (CBT) will be held on August 7, 2021 (Saturday) from 9am to 11am. Candidates are advised to regularly visit the NIMCET-2021 website for further information / updates / schedule of events’.
The revised dates for the examination and all the related activities will be announced by the Institute later. As per the official notice, the examination date will be announced at least 15 days before the examination. The candidates in the meantime are advised to use this time to prepare themselves better for the examination.
Most of the examinations including entrance examinations as well as board examinations have been postponed or cancelled in the country. Education Ministry has also advised all centrally funded institutes including the central universities, IITs, NITs, IIITs etc. to postpone all offline examinations scheduled in the month of May.*

NIT MCA Common Entrance Test (NIMCET), is a National Level Test conducted by NITs for admission to their Master of Computer Applications (MCA) programme. The admission to the MCA programme to the eleven NITs at Agartala, Allahabad, Bhopal, Calicut, Jamshedpur, Kurukshetra, Patna, Raipur, Surathkal, Tiruchirappalli (Trichy), and Warangal for the year 2021-22 is based on the Rank obtained in NIMCET 2021 only.

To get the best NIMCET 2021 result, the students first need to understand the exam. In NIMCET, questions are asked from Mathematics, Analytical Ability & Logical Reasoning, Computer Awareness, and General English.
A total of 50 questions are asked from Maths, 40 questions from Analytical Ability & Logical Reasoning, 10 questions from computer awareness, and 20 from general English. Thus, it is clear that Maths is the subject that carries the maximum weightage. Hence, students must master it.
