How to Upload Donors & Donations Details on School Education Telangana Website (schooledu.telangana.gov.in). CSE Telangana issued instructions for Donors and Donations Details Uploading on website. Step by step procedure for uploading the particulars of Donors and Donations on the Official Website.

CSE, Telangana has given instructions and Guidelines to all DEOs, MEOs for Uploading the details of Donors & Donations received at School level in the Official Website. Appreciate the donations of Corporates companies, Industries, Banks, N.G.Os, Voluntary Organizations, philanthropists and any other individuals it is intended to give suitable importance to the donor by uploading details in our official website and at the same time it will motivate others to come forward for suitable contributions to the school.

Subject: Sch. Edn- CSR – Uploading the details of Donors & Donations received at School level in the Official Website https://schooledu.telangana.gov.in/ISMS/ – Certain instructions and guidelines-Orders – Issued.

The District Educational Officers, Mandal Educational Officers, Headmasters of High Schools, Upper Primary Schools and Primary Schools in the State are informed that many Corporates companies, Industries, Banks, N.G.Os, Voluntary Organizations, philanthropists and other individuals are donating in cash, kind or service to fulfil the needs of schools. The Headmasters are the key persons in motivating the donors. The contributions thus received to schools through various channels are being kept unnoticed and the donor is not viewed with high regard.

In order to appreciate the donations of Corporates companies, Industries, Banks, N.G.Os, Voluntary Organizations, philanthropists and any other individuals it is intended to give suitable importance to the donor by uploading details in our official website and at the same time, it will motivate others to come forward for suitable contributions to the school.

Therefore the District Educational Officers, Mandal Educational Officers and Headmasters of HS, UPS and PS are requested to upload the particulars of the donor and donations in detail in https://schooledu.telangana.gov.in/ISMS/website. The following are step by step procedures for HM, MEO and DEO logins in Donor corner:

I. School Login: 

  1. Browse the URL–https://schooledu.telangana.gov.in/ISMS/ website.
  2. Sign In with School Login User ID and Password into the above web site.
  3. After successful login, the user will redirect to DASHBOARD screen in this there are 4 forms/report.
    A. School Requirements Adding Form
    B. Submit Received Donations
    C. Added School Requirements Report
    D. Submitted Receiving Donations Report

A. School Requirements Adding Form
Provide the details required in Requirement Details table and submit.

B. Submit Received Donations
User will redirect to QUICK RECEIVE Screen.
Provide the details for Donor Details & Donation Details and Submit.

C. Added School Requirements Report 
User will redirect to SCHOOL REQUIREMENTS ADDED REPORT – User submitted requirements will be check/verify in this report.

D. Submitted Receiving Donations Report
User will redirect to Quick Receive Report- User submitted received donation will be check/verify in this report.

II) MEO/DEO Login: 

  1. Browse the URL–https://schooledu.telangana.gov.in/ISMS/ website.
  2. Sign In with MEO Login User ID and Password into the above web site.
  3. After successful login, the user will redirect to DASHBOARD screen in this there are 4 forms/report.
    A. School HM Added Requirements Decision (Approve/Reject) Form
    B. Submit Received Donations
    C. School HM Added Requirements Decision Report
    D. Submitted Receiving Donations Report

A. School HM Added Requirements Decision(Approve/Reject) Form 
User will redirect to MEO Level School HM Added Requirements Decision(Approve/Reject) Form Provide the details required in Requirement Details table and submit.

B. Submit Received Donations
User will redirect to QUICK RECEIVE Screen.
Provide the details for Donor Details & Donation Details and Submit.

C. MEO/DEO LEVEL School Requirements Decision Report
User will redirect to MEO LEVEL SCHOOL REQUIREMENTS DECISION REPORT-User submitted requirements will be check/verify in this report.

D. Submitted Receiving Donations Report
User will redirect to Quick Receive Report- User submitted received donation will be check/verify in this report.

Therefore all the Dist. Educational Officers, Mandal Educational Officers and Headmasters HS, UPS and PS in the State are requested to upload the information in the website on top priority.
