IDBI Bank SO Recruitment 2023: The Industrial Development Bank of India (IDBI Bank) has released an official notification for the recruitment of Specialist officers on its official website.
IDBI invites online applications from eligible Indian citizens for the post of 134 Specialist Officer. Candidates fulfilling required eligibility criteria may apply Online through IDBI Bank’s official website – www.idbi.com.
Candidate can apply for only one post under this recruitment process. The process of Registration of application is complete only when the fee is deposited with the Bank through On-line mode on or before the last date for fee payment. Before applying, candidates should ensure that they fulfill the eligibility as on the cut-off date.

Industrial Development Bank of India, (IDBI Bank) has released the IDBI Bank Specialist Officers 2023 Recruitment notification and Online applications are invited from the eligible and interested Candidates for Specialist Cadre Officers (SO) posts.

The candidates who wish to apply for the recruitment process are advised to visit the online website of the Bank idbibank.in to submit their application form. The IDBI Bank is conducting this recruitment drive for a total no. of 134 posts.
The online registration will begin on December 14. After the registration begins, interested and eligible candidates will be able to apply for the positions online at idbibank.in on or before January 7.
The recruitment drive is being conducted to fill 134 vacancies, out of which, 62 vacancies are for Manager (Grade B), 52 for AGM (Grade C), 11 for DGM (Grade D), and 9 for Assistant Manager (Grade A).
Educational qualification:
DGM (Grade D): A candidate should be a graduate with minimum 55% marks from recognized university.
AGM (Grade C): A candidate should posses a graduation (B.E./B.Tech) in Electronics and Telecommunications/Computer Science/Electronics and Electrical/Information Technology/Electronics & Communication OR Graduate with Post Graduation (PG) in MCA from a Recognized University.
Manager (Grade B): A candidate should posses a graduation with B.E./B.Tech) in Electronics & Electrical/Electronics & Telecommunications/Computer Science/Information Technology/Electronics & Communication OR Graduate with Post Graduation in MCA from a Recognized University.
Assistant Manager (AM) (Grade A): A candidate should posses a graduation from recognized University. Preference will be given to persons having Fraud Risk Management (FRM) or Cyber Crime related qualification.
The selection of candidates for IDBI Bank SO posts will be on the basis of Group Discussions (GD) and/or Personal Interview.
Age Limit: Candidates age limit should be 18 to 40/ 45 years for above said posts. Age relaxation is applicable to SC/ ST/ OBC/persons with disabilities (PWD)/ Ex-Servicemen as per rules.
Educational Qualification:
Candidates should possess Graduation with first class in any stream from a recognized University
Selection Process:
Candidates will be selected based on group discussion & personnel interview OR online written test, personnel interview

Candidates should pay Rs. 150/- (Intimation Charges) for SC/ ST/ PWD candidates and Rs. 700/- (Application fee + Intimation Charges) for all other candidates through online by using Debit Cards (RuPay/ Visa/ MasterCard/ Maestro), Credit Cards, Internet Banking, IMPS, Cash Cards/ Mobile Wallets.
