The Jharkhand Academic Council will conduct the board examinations for class 12 from March 26 to April 3 this year. Jharkhand Academic Council would conduct the JAC 12th Class Board Exams as per the schedule on behalf of Jharkhand Government.
The Jharkhand Academic Council Matric and inter-board examination was scheduled to held in the month of March or April.
The result for the Inter board examinations is expected to be declared in July. The question paper format for the board exams has also been changed this year, as 40 percent of questions will be objective. The Jharkhand Academic Council (JAC) has announced the dates of classes 12 examinations.
The class 10 exam will be held in the morning shift from 9:45 am to 1.05 pm, while the class 12 exam will be from 2.00 pm to 5:20 pm.
Jharkhand Academic Council is planning to conduct JAC Board Exam in May this year for both class 10 and class 12. The decision to conduct the exams will be made during the JAC meeting.
The examination will be conducted in OMR sheet and written mode under which students will have to answer multiple choice questions on the OMR sheet, while other questions will have to be answered in written mode. This rule will be applicable for both classes 10th and 12th.

Jharkhand Academic Council, Ranchi, has released the program for the Annual Secondary & Intermediate Arts, Science & Commerce Theory/Practical Examination on its official website.
The Council will release the admit card for secondary class students on March 20, while admit cards for Intermediate students will be available from March 22 on the JAC official website – www.jac.jharkhand.gov.in.
The admit card can be downloaded on the official website through school head or principal login. The distribution of Admit Cards, Roll Sheet, and other exam-related material for Secondary and Intermediate candidates will be done through the office of District Education Office.
All the heads of schools/colleges are advised to collect these materials from the DOE office in person or through their representative.
JAC Practical Exams: Secondary class students note that the practical exams will begin on April 6 and to continue till April 27 at their schools.
For conducting practical examinations in their schools, the concerned principals must collect the examination-related material from the district examination center from March 26 to April 3.
The marks obtained in the practical examinations by the candidates are to be submitted at the DOE office on or before April 30.
Intermediate practical examination for Science, Commerce and Humanities streams will be conducted in two shifts from April 6 to April 27.
The exam-related material can be collected from Council’s office from April 1 to 3. Evaluated practical exam answer sheets can be submitted till 04:30 pm on April 30.
