JNVST Registration 2023 or JNV Selection Test Registration 2023 link will be activated by Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti on its official website, navodaya.gov.in. Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti has started the registration process for JNVST 2023 for Class 6 admission.
Candidates who want to apply for Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya Selection Test can apply online through the official site of NVS on navodaya.gov.in. In order to be eligible for the test, the candidate should have been born before May 1, 2010, and after April 30, 2014.
Further, the candidate should be studying in class 5 for the academic year 2023-2024. Further, the candidate should be studying in some government or government-aided school. The candidate can also study in any other recognized school or National Institute of Open Schooling, NIOS in the same district where the candidate is seeking admission.

Single Stage Registration: The process of submission of JNVST online application involves only single stage. The reservations to the OBC candidates shall be implemented as per Central List. The OBC candidates not included in Central list should apply as General Candidate.

JNVST Registration Highlights
- The last date to apply for the examination is till November 30.
- Candidates must not have been born before May 1, 2010, and after April 30, 2014 (Both dates are inclusive) to apply for the exam.
- Candidate must be studying in Class 5 for the whole of the academic session 2023-2024.
- JNVST 2023 for class 6 would be conducted in one phase in various test centres.

- Fill the details
The application form should be filled with the necessary details such as upload photograph, signature, and other details.
- Pay the application fee
Candidates can pay the online application fee with the help of net banking or debit or credit card.
- Click on Submit
Once done, click on submit. Your application has been submitted.
- Download Application Form
Download the application form and keep a hard copy of the same for further need.
The selection test for class 6 would be of 100 marks. The total number of questions that would be asked is 80. Candidates would be asked questions about Arithmetics, Language, and Mental Ability.
Candidates have to write the answers in the OMR sheet. It should be noted that pencils are not allowed. Only a black or blue ball point pen should be used by candidates while marking the answer in the OMR sheet.
NVS Admission Eligibility
Online registration for admission can be done now. Students who are studying Class V during the Academic Session-2023-2024 in one of the government/ government-recognized schools of the district where the JNV is functioning and where admission is sought are eligible to apply.
Selection test for admission to Class VI will be conducted on the above said in Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya of concerned district/ any other centre allotted by NVS.
Basis of admission For class 6 admission, students will be enrolled on the basis of their performance in Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya Selection Test (JNVST) 2023. The candidates can submit their application forms online through the official website of JNV – navodaya.gov.in.

The JNV Selection Test 2023 for class sixth admission would be conducted on April 6, 2023, at various Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalayas across India. The Navodaya Admit Cards for Class VI entrance test would be made available on the official website from 01-04-2023, onward, till the exam date.
The results of the JNV Selection Test 2023 is expected to be announced by the last week of May 2023. The exam score will be valid for all the 626 Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya across the country.
