SAMADHAN III Scholarship Test 2023:
Most of the job, admission, eligibility tests, or other application forms are paid and millions of candidates are unable to apply because of the lack of money, it has become even harder to do it during this pandemic but initiative like Medhavi national scholarship program is helping scholar candidates from all section of society through its various scholarship programs throughout the year. As a part of the Digital India initiative, the Human Resources Development Mission (HRDM) has been conducting scholarship exams since 2017 under the Medhavi National Scholarship Scheme (www.medhavionline.org).
Medhavi through its SAMADHAN Test initiative, with Free registration, aims to provide small scholarships money ranging from Rs.300 to Rs.1000 to help candidates pay fee for various job & other application/registration form, using this money they can also pay fee for other Medhavi Scholarship Exams. Scholarship will be in cash form and candidates would be able to use the money as per their convenience, there is no restriction on use of scholarship money.

Medhavi Scholarship Scheme is perhaps the only scholarship exam which is open to almost all candidates from all section of society unlike other schemes by central/state governments which are meant for specific category of students only and not to candidates who have finished their studies and preparing for competitive exams.
Medhavi National Scholarship is inviting application for SAMADHAN II Scholarship Test 2023 to provide 6358 scholarships to Indian scholars. Registration completely free, applicants don’t need to pay registration fee. Candidates can download Medhavi App to apply for this test. Process is 100% free & online, no office visits are required for verification, no hidden eligibility and the money will be transferred directly into bank account of successful candidates within 7 days of scholarship exam.
Eligibility: (a) Qualification: Applicant must be at least matriculation/10th pass from a recognized board (11th, 12th, graduate, post graduate, diploma pass candidates can also apply) And (b) Age: Minimum 16 years and Maximum 40 years (as on last date of registration)
Samadhan Scholarship Amount:
A total of 1128 number of scholarship are available out of which 398 candidates will be awarded Type A scholarship i.e. Rs.1000/- (single payment only); 473 candidates will be awarded Type B scholarship i.e. Rs.500/- (single payment only); 257 candidates will be awarded Type C scholarship i.e. Rs.300/- (single payment only).
Number of scholarship is subject to merit list, number of application received and other factors, which means that the number of scholarship may be increased or decreased, if the circumstances so warrant. Decision of the organization shall be final in this regard.
Scholarship will be paid in single payment. Result will be prepared solely on the basis of merit of candidates. Merit list in any case will not be less than 40% of the maximum marks, no candidate will be considered for merit securing less than 40% marks.

Payment of Samadhan Scholarship to successful candidates: After the declaration of Samadhan Scholarship Exam Result, only successful candidates need to provide required bank account details. Payment of scholarship amount to candidates will be done through transfer in the bank account (using bank account number and IFS code of the bank) in the name of the successful candidate only or organization may disburse the amount through other electronic methods which deems fit.
All applicants are directed to have an active bank account with their own name only. Scholarship amount will not be transferred to a bank account with different name other than the name of successful/eligible candidate and no request will be entertained in this regard.
Samadhan Scholarship Exam Details:
Scholarship Exam will be conducted through the secure Medhavi app only, which can be accessed from HOME. Online exam will consist of 20 multiple choice questions (MCQs) and the duration of the exam will be 18 minutes, with no separate time limit for each section of the exam.

It’s to be noted that all questions will be available in English and Hindi (except the English language section). Wrong answers carry a penalty of one-third) of the marks assigned to that question. There is no penalty if a question is left blank. The test will be conducted exclusively on the Medhavi National Scholarship Application (Android only) available on Google Play. Candidates don’t need to go anywhere to appear for exam instead they can write exam from their home using Medhavi app.
Fee for Samadhan Scholarship Test: A registration fee of Rs.300 (Three hundred only) for all category (UNRESERVED/OBC/SC/ST) applicants need to be paid for the online test.
How to Apply for Samadhan Scholarship:
Download ‘Medhavi National Scholarship’ app from ’Google Play’. Candidates must apply online through Medhavi Android Appl only. Applications received through any other mode would not be accepted and summarily rejected.
- Fill the Personal Details.
- Pay the Exam Fee.
- Submit the form after fee deposit.
- A confirmation mail consisting registration ID will be sent to the E-mail of the candidate.
- After submitting the Online Application (OA), the candidates are required to take snap shot of the finally submitted Online Application (OA).
Candidates are not required to submit to the Organization either by post or by hand the printouts of their online applications or any other document. The candidates are advised to submit the Online Application well in advance without waiting for the closing date.
No need of uploading photo or signature of the applicant. Only successful candidates will be required to submit bank details under ‘claim scholarship’ section of the medhavi app. Claim scholarship section will be activated after the declaration of result for the given period only.
