Swabhiman Scholarship Exam 2023, Apply through Medhavi App

Swabhiman Scholarship Exam 2023 under Medhavi National Scholarship. MEDHAVI national scholarship scheme under Human Resources Development Mission (HRDM) is inviting online application for the Swabhiman scholarship exam 2023. Under this exam, scholarships will be awarded solely on MERIT basis, to candidates who qualify prescribed exam.

Candidates can download Medhavi App to apply for this Swabhiman Scholarship Exam 2023. Process is 100% online, no office visits are required for verification, no hidden eligibility and the money will be transferred directly into bank account of successful candidates within 7 days of scholarship exam.

Eligibility: (a) Qualification: Applicant must be at least matriculation/10th pass from a recognized board (11th, 12th, graduate, post graduate, diploma pass candidates can also apply) And (b) Age: Minimum 16 years and Maximum 40 years (as on last date of registration)

Swabhiman Scholarship Amount: 863 candidates will be awarded Type A scholarship i.e. Rs.8000/- (1st month), Rs.4000/- (2nd month) and Rs.2000/- (3rd month); 574 candidates will be awarded Type B scholarship i.e. Rs.3000/- (1st month), Rs.2000/- (2nd month) and Rs.1000/- (3rd month); 329 candidates will be awarded Type C scholarship i.e. Rs.1000/- (1st month), Rs.1000/- (2nd month) and Rs.1000/- (3rd month); and candidates who score a minimum passing marks of 35% or above and do not fall under any merit list will be given Rs.300 (one time only) as refund of registration fee.

Number of scholarship is subject to merit list & number of application received, which means that the number of scholarship may be increased or decreased. Decision of the organization shall be final in this regard. Monthly scholarship will be paid in three consecutive months.

Scholarship distribution and refund of registration fee will start from 10.03.2021 Result will be prepared solely on the basis of merit of candidates. Merit list in any case will not be less than 35% of the maximum marks, no candidate will be considered for merit securing less than 35% marks.

Payment of Swabhiman Scholarship to successful candidates: After the declaration of Swabhiman Scholarship Exam Result, only successful candidates need to provide required bank account details. Payment of scholarship amount to candidates will be done through transfer in the bank account (using bank account number and IFS code of the bank) in the name of the successful candidate only or organization may disburse the amount through other electronic methods which deems fit.

All applicants are directed to have an active bank account with their own name only. Scholarship amount will not be transferred to a bank account with different name other than the name of successful/eligible candidate and no request will be entertained in this regard.

Swabhiman Scholarship Exam Details:

Scholarship Exam will be conducted through the secure Medhavi app only, which can be accessed from HOME. Online exam will consist of 40 multiple choice questions (MCQs) and the duration of the exam will be 18 minutes, with no separate time limit for each section of the exam.

It’s to be noted that all questions will be available in English and Hindi (except the English language section). Wrong answers carry a penalty of one-third) of the marks assigned to that question. There is no penalty if a question is left blank. The test will be conducted exclusively on the Medhavi National Scholarship Application (Android only) available on Google Play. Candidates don’t need to go anywhere to appear for exam instead they can write exam from their home using Medhavi app.

Fee for Swabhiman Scholarship Test: A registration fee of Rs.300 (Three hundred only) for all category (UNRESERVED/OBC/SC/ST) applicants need to be paid for the online test.

How to Apply for Swabhiman Scholarship:

Download ‘Medhavi National Scholarship’ app from ’Google Play’. Candidates must apply online through Medhavi Android Appl only. Applications received through any other mode would not be accepted and summarily rejected.

• Fill the Personal Details.
• Pay the Exam Fee.
• Submit the form after fee deposit.
• A confirmation mail consisting registration ID will be sent to the E-mail of the candidate.
• After submitting the Online Application (OA), the candidates are required to take snap shot of the finally submitted Online Application (OA).

Candidates are not required to submit to the Organization either by post or by hand the printouts of their online applications or any other document. The candidates are advised to submit the Online Application well in advance without waiting for the closing date.

No need of uploading photo or signature of the applicant. Only successful candidates will be required to submit bank details under ‘claim scholarship’ section of the medhavi app. Claim scholarship section will be activated after the declaration of result for the given period only.
