TGBCWRJC CET Online Application 2025 for TG BC Welfare RJC Entrance Test

The Mahatma Jyothiba Phule Telangana Backward Classes Welfare Residential Educational Institutions Society has released the TGBCWRJC CET Online Application 2025 or MJPRJC CET Online Application 2025 on its web portal, http://mjptbcwreis.telangana.gov.in/.

TG BC Welfare RJC CET 2025 or TG BC Gurukul RJC CET 2025 is an entrance test will be conducted for admission into Inter first year various courses in BCWR Junior colleges for 2025-2025.

Online applications are invited from 10th-class students who are appearing in the SSC Examinations in March 2025 for Admission into Intermediate courses in MJPTBC Welfare Residential Junior Colleges.

Students who are interested in joining Telangana BC RJC Gurukulams can check details and submit their applications online at the BC Gurukalam Admission website, http://mjptbcwreis.cgg.gov.in.

Eligibility: 1. The parents’ or Guardians’ annual income shall not exceed Rs.1,50,000/—in Rural areas and Rs.2,00,000/—in urban areas.

a. 75% of seats will be reserved for the students studied in MJPTBCWREI Schools and BCW Hostel Boarders.

b. 25% of the seats will be allotted for other students who studied in Social Welfare and Tribal Welfare Residential Schools, Boarders of SW/TW Hostels, studied in Z.P. Schools and Private Recognised Schools.

If there is a shortfall of admissions in any category as of the date of admission, students from the waiting list in the other category can be admitted.

2. The students appeared for X Class Examination 2025 alone are eligible to appear for the Entrance Test. Advance Supplementary Candidates are not eligible for Admission.

TGBCWRJC CET Online Application 2025 Details

How to Apply: The candidate must first carefully go through the information bulletin available on the website to satisfy his/ her eligibility for appearing in the written test.

After satisfying himself/ herself about eligibility, the candidate shall pay Rs.200/—through PAYMENT GATEWAY to submit an application online.

The candidate shall first go through the information bulletin carefully and satisfy their eligibility for appearing for MJPTBCWRJCCET 2025.

The candidate, after satisfying himself/herself about the eligibility criteria for submitting an application online, shall pay a fee through the payment gateway for submitting the application online.

At the PAYMENT GATEWAY centre, the candidate must provide the required preliminary data (i.e., the candidate’s name, Date of Birth, and Mobile Number).

On receipt of the fee through PAYMENT GATEWAY, the candidate will be issued a journal number with which he/she can proceed with submitting the application online.

The website mjptbcwreis.cgg.gov.in issue of Journal number does not mean that the candidate has completed the submission of the application online.

It is only a confirmation of the fee received. Before submitting the online application form, the candidate must complete the Model Application form.

The candidates shall follow the procedure for submitting an online application as given in the ‘Information Bulletin’ and as per the instructions provided online while filling out the online application form.

Before filling out the online application, the candidate should have a photograph of size 3.5 x 4.5 cm ready. The photo should be scanned and uploaded along with the application form.

While filling out the online application, the candidate must opt for the course. After submitting the application online, the candidate must take a copy (print) of the application form, which also includes a reference number.

This reference number is required to download the Hall Ticket. A copy of the online application should be preserved for further reference.

The candidate is solely responsible for any mistakes or incorrect information. Hence, they must take utmost care while filling out the online application.

The applications of the ineligible candidates will be rejected. The selected candidate should produce the original certificates at the time of admission as proof to the information furnished in the application.

How to submit the TGBCWRJC CET Online Application 2025?

MJPBCWREIS has activated the TGBCWRJC CET Online application or MJPRJC CET Online Application link on its official website, https://mjpabcwreis.cgg.gov.in.

Students who want to appear for the RJC Entrance Exam can check details and submit an online application form with the required information. Students can follow the given simple steps for online submissions.

• Students need to visit the official website of Telangana BC Residential Education Institutions Society (MJPBCWREIS), http://mjptbcwreis.telangana.gov.in/ in your device browser.
• On the Telangana BCWREIS website, students can click on the ‘TGBCWRJC CET’ link. Then, the TGBCWRJC CET exam web portal, https://mjpabcwreis.cgg.gov.in/, will appear on their device.
• Once you reach the official website of TGBCWRJC CET, click on the Application Fee Payment button on the home page. After clicking on it, a new Fee Payment Application web page will appear on the screen.
• Fill in all the required preliminary data ((i.e. Name of the candidate, Date of birth and mobile number). In the respective fields of the TGBCWRJC CET Fee Payment Web page, click on the ‘Proceed to Payment’ button. After clicking on it, the Payment web page will appear. required preliminary data .
• After filling the mandatory details the control will lead you to the Bank Payment Gateway web page and click on RJC CET Make Payment button.
• The confirmation of successful payment of the Registration Fee is shown with the ‘Transaction is successful’ item to be shown in the Payment Status web page along with the Payment Reference ID (Journal Number). After Successful Payment, the web page automatically redirects to a new page.
• After successfully paying the fee for BCW RJC CET, the candidate has two options: to proceed to fill in the application immediately or at a later date.
• Click on the Proceed to Fill Application button to complete the application immediately. You will be taken to the Application Form. Enter all the mandatory details and click on the Proceed to Fill RJC CET Application button.
• The BCW RJC CET application form will be displayed after you click on the Proceed to Fill Application button. Enter all the mandatory details in the respective fields and click on the Preview/Submit button.
• Then, candidate can view the Filled Online Application Form. If you want to modify, click on the Modify button to modify the application, or if you want to confirm, click on the Confirm button to confirm the application.
• By clicking on the Confirm/Freeze button, the candidate can view a pop-up alert stating that their BCW RJC CET Application has been confirmed successfully. Please note their Registration Number for further Correspondence.
• By clicking on Print Application, the candidate can view the Receipt of the BCW RJC CET Application form on the screen. Click on ‘Print’ button for taking the printout of the receipt which is useful for further correspondence.

The selection of the candidate will be summarily rejected if they fail to submit the necessary documents at the time of admission.

Instructions to the Candidates:

• The candidates are personality held responsible for incorrect information furnished in the application form.
• The Principal of the college concerned reserves the right to cancel the admission at any stage, if the particulars furnished by the candidate are found incorrect or against the rules of admission.
• In case of a tie among the candidates with the same marks in the entrance test, the order of the merit will be decided as follows:
• The higher marks secured by the candidate in Mathematics in the entrance test for MPC, MEC, CEC & HEC will be taken into consideration.
• The higher marks secured by the candidate in Biological Science in the entrance test for BiPC.
• Even though the tie persists, the candidate secured higher marks in Physical Science for MPC and BiPC and Social Studies for MEC/CEC/HEC.
• If the tie still persists, the higher marks secured by the candidate in
• the English will be taken into consideration.
• If the tie still persists, it will be decided by taking advanced age as criteria.
• if the tie still persists, candidates belonging to the unrepresentative community shall be considered.

The information furnished in the application by the candidate will only be considered and registered. If any candidate fails to fill in the information completely or gives wrong information, the fault lies with the candidate only.

All parents are informed that after admission into Residential Jr. College, the student will not be allowed to carry a cell phone on the College premises. If this is noticed, suitable disciplinary action will be initiated.

Admission: The Hall ticket numbers of the shortlisted candidates for counselling shall be made available on the website: miptbcwreis.telangana.gov.in and miptbcwreis.cgg.gov.in candidates will be shortlisted based on merit in the Entrance Test. Candidates will be called for counselling for allotment of seats for admission in the ratio of 1:2

Certificates to be submitted by the candidate at the time of admission:

• Original Hall Ticket issued for the entrance test.
• Transfer Certificate
• SSC Marks Memo
• Original Study and Conduct Certificate from IV to X
• Original Caste Certificate issued by Tahasildar
• Original Income Certificate issued by Tahsildar (Latest)
• Original Physical fitness Certificate issued by a Doctor, not below the rank of Asst. Civil Surgeon.
• Passport Size Photos – 4
• 3 sets of Xerox copies of all the above certificates.
• Caution deposit of Rs.1,000/- & maintenance charges of Rs. 1000/- to be paid.

The jurisdiction for any appeal to be settled in Hyderabad City Courts only. The reference period for such appeal is before the completion of admissions of the academic year 2025-23 or before the last date of admission into first year intermediate as announced by BIE, Telangana, Hyderabad.

Scheme of Examination:

Question paper booklet contains questions in multiple objective type and questions will be given in English and Telugu versions.

The test is objective and lasts 2 1/2 hours. It is worth 150 marks (50 marks per subject). The candidates must mark their answers in OMR answer sheets. The model question papers are available on the website.

The entrance test question paper will be based on the SSC standard of the Telangana State syllabus for group subjects, and English will be General English.
