NEET PG Counselling Result 2025 declared for medical, dental candidates

NEET PG Counselling Result 2025 or NEET PG Seat Allotment Result 2025 has been released by the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) on its official website, mcc.nic.in.

Candidates who have participated in the counselling stream can check details and download your NEET PG allotment result of medical and dental NEET PG counselling from the web portal using login details.

To check whether or not they have made it to the merit list, candidates will have to check the official website of MCC. At the time of registration for the counselling process, the MCC website had crashed and many students had to wait for hours. To ensure a smoother process, candidates can keep their registration numbers handy.

The final allotment list can be downloaded from MCC’s official website. After downloading their allotment letters, candidates are requested to proceed with physical/online reporting (E-joining) to the allotted college.

In another first, the MCC has decided to conduct the document verification in hybrid mode for the current batch of NEET PG candidates.

The free exit option will be available to candidates as per the Counselling Scheme uploaded in Important Questions related to the Scheme of Counselling. The candidates can forgo their allotted seats but will still be eligible for Round-2 of Counselling.

The candidates can contact their allotted college directly for queries related to documents to be submitted at the time of Physical/ Online Reporting. The candidates who had appeared in the PG exam can go through the steps shared here.

The candidates can also find the list of documents required for the counselling process. The process of reporting at allotted colleges or universities will take place between January 23 and 28. Document verification and payment of tuition fee will have to be done by the candidates to ensure admission to the allotted college for NEET PG.

Candidates who are opting for online reporting can join the allotted college by sending a confirmatory email regarding acceptance of seat and uploading scanned copies of relevant documents as mentioned in information bulletin.

Candidates should note that all admissions made online will be deemed provisional, and will be considered final only on verification of documents at the time of Physical Joining and medical fitness at the college. 

How to check NEET PG Counselling Result?

The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) has released the result of the first round of NEET-PG counselling. Candidates who participated in the round 1 of counselling process can check their result at mcc.nic.in.

The ​​NEET PG seat allotment result list mentions the candidate’s roll number, allotted category, allotted course and colleges and All India Rank (AIR). Candidates who will be allotted the colleges and categories will then have to report to the respective college to secure admission.

  • Candidates must go to the official website of Medical Counselling Committee, mcc.nic.in.
  • Once you reach the MCC official website, go to the section that reads the Provisional list of PG Counselling MD or MDS, or click on the NEET PG Counselling Seat Allotment Result link, as you choose. You will be directed to a new webpage.
  • After clicking on the result link, an allotment result checking web page will appear. On this page, enter your NEET PG credentials and login.
  • After clicking on the login button, your NEET PG seat allotment result will appear on the screen.
  • Search for your name along with the name of the allotted institute.
  • Check your result status. If selected, download your allotment letter.
  • The candidates will have to report at their respective centres by the deadline.

The candidates can deposit their certificates and document’s scanned copies to the institutes for the verification to take place and accept their seats. Check the notification here for further information.

The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) has released the first list based on round one of the counseling sessions for NEET PG admissions.

Candidates can join the allotted college by sending a regarding acceptance of a seat and uploading scanned copies of relevant documents, as per the official notice by MCC. The next rounds of counselling have been suspended till further notice.

The physical reporting is also available and candidates can report to the institute with fee and documents, however, it is not mandatory considering the ongoing coronavirus pandemic.

Once the final seat allotment is declared, candidates must also download the allotment letter provided by MCC on their website. Carrying this letter is an important part of the seat verification process at the respective college. 

Students must report to their allotted college as per the schedule. While reporting to the allotted college, candidates must carry a set of documents including NEET PG result, NEET PG Counselling result, educational certificates, caste certificate (if mentioned), and others.
