NTA UGC NET Question paper 2025, Answer sheet download from ugcnet.nic.in. The NTA, the organizing body of the National Eligibility Test, has released the UGC NET exam question paper and answer sheet (Recorded Responses sheet) on the ugcnet.nic.in website.

Candidates who have appeared in the examination can get it through the official website, nta.ac.in. Candidates can check their UGC NET exam answer key from the NTA’s website, www.ntanet.nic.in, after it is released.

In December, the UGC NET examination was held at 598 centres in 91 cities nationwide. It was open to students of 85 subjects.

The exam had two papers. Paper 1 was 100 marks, with 50 questions of two marks each. Candidates had one hour to answer. The questions were designed to assess the candidate’s teaching/research aptitude.

Paper 2 was 200 marks long and carried 100 objective-type compulsory questions, each worth two marks. It lasted two hours. The questions were based on the subject selected by the candidate.

UGC NET Model Paper Details

On behalf of UGC, the National Eligibility Test (NET) is conducted to determine the eligibility of Indian nationals for the Assistant Professor only or Junior Research Fellowship and Eligibility for Assistant Professor Both in Indian Universities and Colleges.

The exam determines whether candidates are eligible for only an assistant professor or both a junior research fellowship and an assistant professor.

NTA has released the UGC NET Question Paper on its web portal. Candidates who wish to apply for the exam need to know the complete details of the Question Paper. So, candidates can download the Exam Question Paper and read it carefully before applying.

  • Download it and read it carefully.
