TS Agricultural Engineering Admissions Counselling 2023 (PJTSAU AGRIENGGCET). Professor Jayashankar Telangana State Agricultural University, Administrative Office, Rajendranagar, Hyderabad issued the AGRIENGGCET 2023 Notification.
This Entrance Test for three year Diploma in Agricultural Engineering Candidates for Admission into 2nd year of 4 year B.Tech (Agricultural Engineering) Degree Programme for the academic year 2023.
The counselling for admission into B.Tech.(Agricultural Engineering) course of Professor Jayashankar Telangana State Agricultural University (PJTSAU), Hyderabad under AGRIENGGCET for the Academic Year 2022-23 will be held based on their PJTSAU AGRIENGGCET Ranks as per the schedule.
PJTSAU B.Tech.(Agricultural Engineering) Admissions Counselling: The Counselling for admission into B.Tech. (Agricultural Engineering) through AGRIENGGCET 2023. The Counselling for admission into B.Tech.(Agricultural Engineering) based on ranks obtained in AGRIENGGCET 2023 was held the notified date by 11:00 AM. The candidates are called in the ratio of 1:2 for the counselling.

Original certificates to be produced: The selected candidates for admission, should pay the fees immediately and submit the following certificates in Original. i) Pass Certificate-cum-Memorandum of Marks obtained by the candidates in the qualifying examination (Diploma in Agricultural Engineering) ii) SSC or equivalent examination Certificate. iii) The Caste Certificate in the case of candidates belonging to Backward Classes, Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes, signed by the competent authority. iv) Bonafide or Study certificates. v) Residence Certificate, if necessary. vi) Transfer Certificate from the College or School where the candidate last studied. vii) Medical fitness certificate. viii) The latest certified copy of the EWS Certificate valid for the year 2022-23 issued by the competent authority in case of applicants belonging to EWS category.
The candidates seeking admission under self-financing quota seats may note the following: The applicant seeking admission in B.Tech.(Agricultural Engineering) course under Self Financing quota, should bring DD for an amount Rs. 10,11,000.00/- in favour of “The Comptroller, PJTSAU” payable at Hyderabad and Rs. 39,000.00/- in cash.
The rules and regulations with regard to eligibility, age, reservations etc., are the same that are applicable to the candidates admitted under general quota. The candidates selected under self-financing quota will be treated on par with regular students. No special amenities or facilities will be provided. The unfilled seats under self-financing quota will not be filled up from any other stream and will be kept vacant.
Important Instructions: The candidates admitted under self-financing quota are not eligible for any reimbursement of fee or educational concessions offered by the Government. The selected candidates should submit all original certificates and shall pay the requisite fee (in cash) immediately.
Hostel accommodation will be provided subject to availability. If the admitted candidate cancels his/her seat before the closure of admissions for the Academic Year 2022-23 an amount of Rs.1,000/- shall be collected as processing fee. The remaining fees already paid during admission shall be refunded.
After closure of admissions process for the AY 2022-23 the candidate forfeits the fees already paid and in addition, he/she has to pay processing fee. Selection of candidates under EWS, BC, SC & ST quota is subject to clearance of the respective social status by the respective Directorates of Government of Telangana.
The guidelines issued by Government of Telangana from time to time shall be followed scrupulously. Candidates called for counselling will have to attend at their own cost and only one parent / guardian of the candidate will be allowed to accompany the candidate during the counselling process.
The University does not guarantee any employment to the candidates joining the course. More number of candidates than the availability of seats is called for counseling and hence, mere attendance / participation during counselling does not guarantee admission.
Candidates should report at the counselling center one hour before the scheduled time. Candidates belonging to EWS, BC, SC & ST categories should bring two Xerox copies of their relevant certificates to be submitted at the counselling center. Parents and Students are informed that the admissions are purely based on merit and guidelines of the University and as such they are requested not to rely on any middlemen/persons/consultants who try to mislead the students in securing admission into PJTSAU under any quota. All the seats will be filled by the University only through counselling.
The selected candidates are advised to take mobile numbers of the concerned officers of the allotted college for official information. Candidates are informed to attend counselling on the scheduled date and time. If they fail to attend, they cannot claim the seat as per merit.
Candidates, if attend the counselling late, they will have to submit the letter to the counselling authorities duly indicating the time of their attending the counselling. –
