Eligibility: A pass in Diploma in Agricultural Engineering from PJTSAU / ANGRAU (Candidates who appeared for Third Year Diploma in Agricultural Engineering Examinations during 2019-20 can also apply).
Age Limit: The candidates shall be required to have completed 18 years of age as on 31st December of this year of admission with an upper age limit of 23 years for all the candidates and 26 years in respect of S.C, S.T and 28 years in respect of PH candidates.
Total Seats: Total number of B.Tech. (Ag.Engg.) seats allotted to Diploma holders 8 (for Agricultural Engineering diploma holders)
i) As per rules of Government of Telangana
ii) The above seats will be allocated in the ratio of 85% for local candidates and remaining
15% seats will be treated as unreserved quota.
Syllabus: Syllabus covered in respective 3 year Diploma course (Diploma in Agricultural Engineering) Admissions will be made strictly as per the rule of reservation based on merit through the entrance test in English. The AGRIENGGCET 2023 will consist of only 100 (One hundred only) Multiple choice objective type questions and the candidates shall have to answer in answer sheet. The test will be conducted at Hyderabad, Khammam, Warangal, Karimnagar and Nizamabad.
Admissions will be made strictly as per the rule of reservation based on merit through the Entrance Test’s. The AGRICET & AGRIENGGCET entrance test will consist of 100 multiple choice objective type questions and the candidates shall have to answer in OMR sheet. The AGRICET Entrance test will be conducted on 13-10-2023 from 3 PM to 5 PM. and AGRIENGGCET Entrance test will be conducted on 13-10-2023 from 3 PM to 5 PM.

Hall tickets: The eligible candidates will be sent Hall Tickets to the address mentioned in their application form. The names of the candidates eligible to write the entrance test along with the Hall Ticket Numbers will be displayed in the University website www.pjtsau.ac.in.
The candidates who do not receive the Hall Tickets can however download the concerned page of the list of eligible candidates displayed in the University web site www.pjtsau.ac.in and appear for the entrance test.

Social Distance – Computer Based Testing (SD-CBT)
Candidates will be permitted to carry following items with them into the exam centre in view of COVID-19 Pandemic.
- Personal transparent water bottle
- A simple pen
- Exam related documents (Admit Card, ID card etc.)
No other item will be permitted inside the exam centre. The admit card will clearly state the items permitted to be carried and that they are not permitted to carry anything else. Candidates will be told to switch off their mobile phones, and deposit it at the designated location,to be collected while exiting.
Frisking (body pat as well as with Hand Held Metal Detector – HHMD), Biometric capture and manual attendance (including ink fingerprint) will be discontinued for Social Distanced exams.
