The attention of all the District Educational Officers in the State is invited to the subject cited, It is noticed that many Schools have not uploaded FA 1, FA 2 , SA 1 on ISMS portal

The attention of all the District Educational Officers in the State is invited to the subject cited. It is noticed that many Schools have not uploaded FA-1, FA-2, SA-1 marks and grades of Co-curricular subjects in ISMS portal “schooledu.telangana.gov.in” till today. Therefore, they are requested to issue strict instructions to the concerned Head Masters / Principals/Spl. Officers to upload the marks immediately.

They are further informed that as and when SA-2 are completed, the concerned Head Masters / Principals/ Spl. Officers have to upload the marks of Summative Assessment -2 along with Grades in Co-curricular subjects and Attendance of children. The Online Progress cards shall be downloaded by the concerned Head Masters / Principals/ Spl. Officers and issue to students on the last working day i.e. 23-04-2022 with all entries without fail.

Telangana School Progress Cards

The expenditure towards printing of online Progress Cards shall be met by the Head Masters/Principals/Spl. Officers from the Composite School Grant for the year 2021-22 already released to the Schools. Therefore, all the DEOs are requested to take immediate action as above.

This academic year, the Telangana state education department will implement an innovative approach to the issue of progress cards to students in schools. Previous, students were being presented with handwritten progress papers. This time the headmaster will sign the progress cards which can be downloaded online and give to school students.

So far, two FA exams and one SA exam have been held for students in class 1 to class 9 nine this academic year. The marks are being registered on a student-wise basis on the Child Info website. SA 2 exams will be held from the 16th to 22nd of April month. The exam answer sheets should be evaluated on the same day and the marks should be included in this website. The marks for the examination on the 22nd should also be entered on the website on the same day.

On the 23rd day of April, Teachers should give the progress cards with all exam marks to students in school which can be downloaded online . Telangana Samagra Shiksha Rashtra Project Director has issued orders to utilize the cost from the Composite School Grants released in the 2021-22 academic year.

How to download the TS School Progress Card 2022

TS School Progress Cards downloading link has been enabled by the Commissioner and School Education Department on its School Edu Telangana website, https://schooledu.telangana.gov.in/. Principals, Head masters and Teachers who were completed the CCE data entry their school student's on the official can check details and download the progress cards. Mobile phone is not supported to upload these marks and desktop will be supported to upload the CCE marks.

  1. Visit the https://schooledu.telangana.gov.in Website

    Candidates need to visit the official website of School Education, Telangana, https://schooledu.telangana.gov.in/ in your device web browser.

  2. Click on the student information link

    Once you reach the official website, you can click on the student information link on the home page.

  3. Enter login details.

    After clicking on that link, login web page will appear. In this web page, enter your school UDISE code, password and captcha code in the required fields. Finally click on the submit button.

  4. Click on the CCE link

    After clicking on the submit button, your School Integrated School Management System web page will be appeared in your device. Now, click on the CCE link on this web page.

  5. Click on the CCE Reports tab

    After clicking on the CCE link, Continuous Comprehensive Evaluation (CCE) Data entry web page will be appeared in your device. Now, click on the CCE Reports tab link, it will be expanded as Class wise student performance report, Blank proforma for CCE Data Entry, Student Progress Card links

  6. Click Student Progress Card Link

    From the sub menu of CCE Reports tab, you can click on the right link which is Student Progress Card. Then, Student Progress Card downloading web page will be appeared.

  7. Download the Student Progress Cards

    From the Student Progress Card web page, you can select the class, medium and click on the go button. Then, particular class student wise Student Progress Cards links will be appeared. Now, download the Student Progress Cards.

Post Exam Activities in Telangana Schools 2022

Post Exam Activities, As per Rc.No.405; Dated 19-03-2015, Post Exam Activities should conduct in Primary Schools, Upper Primary Schools and High Schools up to 23rd April.

  1. SA 2 Exams Start from 16-04-2022 to 22-04-2022.
  2. Remedial classes for Primary School: 7th to 23rd April
  3. Remedial classes for Upper Primary Schools and High Schools: 9th to 23rd April
  4. Last working day for all TS Schools: 23rd April.

Programme for Primary Schools from 7th to 23rd April. Reading library books and children literature and reflection on oral and written. Remedial teaching for the children who are backward in reading, writing and arithmetic. In this case, children may be asked to tell names of the different articles, words, small stories and teacher must write this on the blackboard and make all the children to read and write the words and texts written on the blackboard.

Story telling by the children and whole class writing of these stories and correction by the teachers. Writing one story written by the student on the blackboard and editing on the blackboard and re-writing by all students the same story.

  • Word building activity using ‘Varnamala Chart’ and ‘Guninthala Chart’.
  • In case of English, speaking based on the picture and illustrations/ articles.
  • Dictation of words and paras both in English and Telugu for half an hour.
  • Practice the simple arithmetic operations i.e. addition, subtraction and multiplication and simple word problems.
  • Practicing the 1 to 10 tables and writing.
  • Indoor games, storytelling sessions, drawing, singing, group singing etc.
  • Moral and ethics- Stories, incidents and discussion in the class on the characters and morals.

Upper Primary and High Schools from 9th to 23rd April, 2015. Teacher handbooks on co-curricular activities have been provided to all the high schools under RMSA. The items from these Handbooks in the areas of Health & Physical Education, Art & Cultural Education, Value Education & Life Skills, Work & Computer Education must be transacted and discussed. Children may be asked to read the lesson by lesson and whole class discussion may be organized. Students may be asked to demonstrate art and cultural activities based on the Handbooks provided.

  • Indoor games, storytelling sessions, drawing, singing, group singing etc.
  • Moral and ethics- Stories, incidents and discussion in the class on the characters and morals.
  • In case of students who are unable to read and write, a remedial programme may be conducted @1 hour for language and one hour for Mathematics and following activities may be organized under remedial education.

Therefore, all the DEOs are requested to take necessary action and conduct the exams as per the timetable given above in a serious manner and complete all Register and Records and declare the results and provide Progress Cards/ Cumulative Records to all the children without fail as per dates given above.

The MEOs, Dy.EOs and DEOs are requested to take immediate necessary action and inform all the schools about the exam schedule and as well as post exam activities in all Primary, Upper Primary and High Schools up to 23rd April, 2015.    

The RJDSEs are requested to visit the field and monitor the activities both exam and after exam activities.  The RJDSEs and DEOs are requested to send compliance report on the above to the undersigned.
