Kaloji’s birth centenary celebrations from September 9, Conduct ‘Praja Kavi Kaloji’ Birthday Celebrations in all TS Schools, Kaloji’s birth centenary celebrations, Telangana to celebrate Kaloji birth anniversary as state festival.
The Telangana State government has already decided to celebrate Kaloji’s birthday as an official function every year. T State Government has announced to grandly celebrate Telangana activist kaloji narayan Rao birth anniversary on September 9th and Programmes would be held in each village on this day.
Essay writing and Elocution competitions would be conducted in each TS Schools to celebrate the occasion. So the school syllabus would be slightly modified from next year and the life history and achievements of noted personalities would be included in it according to the official sources. He said that there was a need to educate the future generations about Kaloji and other eminent writers of Telangana

Warangal to be Telangana State cultural Meanwhile, T State CM KCR said Warangal would be transformed as the cultural capital of Telangana State. Hyderabad and Warangal cities have historic significance. In this subject A letter has been issued by the T State Government on September 1st.
The Culture centre is being planned at Balasamudram near Warangal in 3 acres land on the lines of Ravindra Bharathi auditorium here. Apart from an auditorium with 2,00 seating capacity, the cultural centre should have a huge statue of kaloji’s and a park, T State CM directed to the offcials Department of Culture. The warangal District Collector said CM KCR would be attending the Kaloji birth anniversary celebrations which the state government is conducting officially.
Kaloji Narayana Rao, popularly knownas Kaloji or Kalanna, was a poet, freedom fighter, anit-fascist and political activist of Telangana. He was awarded the Padma Vibhushan in 1992.

In this connection the Commissioner and Director School Education Department, Telangana State has issued Proceedings Rc.No.401 on September 2nd, 2014 to all the District Edcuational Officers, Regional Joint Directors and Principles of DIETs and CTE.
In this regarding Certain instruction have been issued for celebrations of People’s Poet(Prajaa Kavi) Kaloji Birth Day falling on September 9. In this proceedings Officials have decided to conduct Official programmes, Celebrations or Festivals in all TS Schools.
C and DSE has informed to all the above said officials should conduct the certain programs on this occasion as per given instructions
