State Bank of India (SBI) has invited applications from eligible candidates to fill-up vacancies for the post of Circle Based Officers (CBO).

Application Fee

Eligibility for SBI Officer
Educational Qualification & Age Limit: Graduation in any discipline from a recognised University or any equivalent qualification recognised as such by the Central Government. Candidates should not be above 30 years of age as on October 31.
A. Qualification: Candidates should possess Graduation in any discipline from a recognised University or any equivalent qualification recognised as such by the Central Government and 2 years experience as an officer in any Scheduled Commercial Bank or any Regional Rural Bank.
B. Age Limit:
- Candidates age must be not above 30 Years i.e. candidates must have been born not earlier than 02-08-1990.
- Age relaxation is applicable as per Govt rules.

Selection Procedure:
The online test will consist of an Objective Test for 120 marks and a Descriptive Test for 50 marks. The Descriptive Test will be conducted immediately after the conclusion of the Objective Test and candidates will have to type their Descriptive Test answers on the computer.
The duration of the objective test is 2 hours and it consists of 4 Sections of total 120 marks. There will be separate timing for every section. The duration of the Descriptive Test is 30 minutes. It will be a Test of English Language (Letter Writing and essay) with two questions for a total of 50 marks.
The selection of the candidates will be on the basis of shortlisting and interview. However, Bank reserves the right to conduct written examination.
Merit list for selection will be prepared in descending order on the basis of scores obtained in the interview only.

The online test for SBI CBO Officer Recruitment process entails a comprehensive selection process, comprising an online test, a screening interview, and a job interview.
The online test includes both an Objective Test, carrying 120 marks, and a Descriptive Test, with a weightage of 50 marks.
