Celebration of School Annual day Function, AP SSA Project Director has given instructions for Celebration of Annual Day in all the schools throughout the State through AP RC.No.647 – Dt:10.11.2017 in the reference of Instructions of State Project Director to all the Project Officers of SSA in the State.
AP RC.No.647 – Dt:10.11.2017 SSA – Celebrate Annual Day & Observation of important days in all the schools as per-unit cost as shown-below
All the Project Officers of SSA in the State are hereby informed that the State Project Director, SSA, A.P. Hyderabad has decided to Celebrate Annual Day in all the schools throughout the State as per the unit cost as shown below:
1) Primary Schools :
a) below 100 children Rs 800/-
b) above 100 children .Rs. 1000/-
2) Upper Primary Schools
a) below 100 children Rs 1000/-
b) above 100 children Rs.1200/-
Therefore, they are requested to issue necessary instructions to all the Head Masters/Mandal Educational Officers for the celebration of Annual Day in all the schools and also release the above-mentioned amount to the schools concerned. Celebration of School Annual day Function
The expenditure may be met from the head of Community Mobilization/Community Training of the DPO budget. They should invite philanthropists, alumni, ex-teachers, and parents of the children for the School Annual Day.
