Telangana Fee Reimbursement Scholarship, “Dream” It is everyone’s right. As or honourable former president APJ Abdul kalam’s “KALALU KANANDI SAKARAM CHESUKONDI” every student have a dream of his occupation/ profession, that it might be a Businessman/ Doctor/ Engineer/ Lawyer/C.A / Fashion designing.

Fresh and renewal Registrations have been started for Post Matric Scholarships and Fee Reimbursement Schemes for post matric students who are studying in Govt and Recognised institutions.

Eligible students who are belonging to SC, ST, BC, Minority and PHC students can apply through online mode at TS Scholarships Web Portal: telanganaepass.cgg.gov.in

But for achieving that they should work hard and spend money on it. Many of SC, ST, BC, and Minorities are unable to bear the expenditure of their child’s education.

So, our govt started the fee reimbursement scheme to help such poor students. Because the knowledge is not any one’s wealth, it is their wealth those who learn with heart. So, anybody can work hard and pursue any degree you like.

Telangana Fee Reimbursement Post matric Scholarship Registrations

As new state formed there is a gap of fee reimbursement and now the G.O’s on guidelines are issued. For the academic year 2014-15 fee reimbursement, scholarships guidelines are released.

• The same previous rules along with 371 (D) will be implemented.
• Only local students are only eligible for this scheme.
• The candidate should submit the previous 7 years study certificates along with Aadhar, Caste, Income, Nativity certificates.
• 371-D is implemented for only jobs and admissions in colleges in combined state and now going to implement in TS for the first time for fee reimbursement.
• The applicants’ education of 4 years before the entrance exam will be considered as their state.

So, they should submit 7 years of study records. Studying continuously 4 years or studying 4 years with break-in Telangana State can be considered as local candidates of Telangana.

The implementation of this scheme is given to Directors, Welfare commissioners. Students can apply on CGG through online enrollment of applications will be started and relevant students can apply on website.

Annual income for SC, ST students should not exceed 2 lakh and for BC it should not exceed 1 lakh. Without consideration of rank for SC, ST students all are eligible for this Fee reimbursement scheme. And BC students below 10,000 rank are beneficiaries for this scheme (total fee will be paid by govt).

75% attendance is compulsory for both of them students can apply up to the beginning of the next academic year. The beneficiaries may be 10-14 lakh students. Inter students can apply after their exams. In A.P scholarships will be given for non-local students also but in TS it is not mentioned.

Post matric Scholarship Registration would be available on its web portal. Post matric Scholarship Renewal Application Verification is opened in college logins.

Telangana State Post matric Scholarship Student Registrations are Opened. For Bio-Metric Aadhar Authentication Please visit your nearest Mee Seva Centre Along With Your Application Id.

A. Post Matric Scholarships: Fresh for SC, ST, BC & Disable /Minority Students Registrations would be Opened for ap students, for TS Students at AP and Telangana Scholarships web Portals.

b. Post Matric Scholarships: Renewal for SC, ST, BC & Disable /Minority Students Registrations would be Opened for ap students, for TS Students at Telangana and AP Scholarships web Portals.

The Telangana Fee Reimbursement Guidelines, new rules and regulations imposed for providing fee reimbursement scheme and scholarship by the Telangana state government.

Fee Reimbursement Guidelines for EAMCET Students in Telangana State:

According to this TS Govt. G.O/Memo

1. Fee reimbursement will be applicable for the students who secured below 5000 rank.
2. But for SC, ST this is not applicable they can avail fee reimbursement, irrespective of their rank.
3. Those students who studied in residential colleges, who studied under corporate colleges scheme where these colleges function under welfare society/departments, they are eligible to Fee-reimbursement.
4. The other students who secured rank above 5000 can avail only upto 35,000/- only irrespective of their college fee (If the college fee is less, than the amount will be considered).
5. For 2013-14 academic year the rank is considered up to 10,000 rank.
6. For 2014-15 academic year the same is considered but the local rule is attached.
7. According to the Telangana state government for 2014-15 academic year this Fee reimbursement scheme/ post matric scholarship scheme is continued, applicable for the local students and will be paid post metric scholarship. The qualified students should submit certificates of 7 years of schooling.
8. Only local students of Telangana are only accepted for fee reimbursement. But, Detailed guidelines have been released by the Telangana State Government.

Fee reimbursement Guidelines

As per the Fee reimbursement policy, the government will reimburse the full fee for all the students who secure ranks below 10,000 in common entrance tests (CETs) like Eamcet, ICET etc., and take admissions in convenor quota in the counselling conducted by the government. Top 1000 ECET rankers joining 2nd year also get fee reimbursement.

As per the decision, the scheme details

Below 10,000 rank in CET	Full fee reimbursement
Above 10,000 rank in CET	Rs.35000 will be reimbursed, the rest to be paid by students.
SC and ST students	Full fee reimbursement, irrespective of their ranks.

The annual income limit for eligibility to fee reimbursement is

• RS 2 lakh – SCs, STs, OBCs and Minorities.
• RS 1 lakh – EBC (Extremely Backward Class)

Also, note that the government is yet to issue orders on RS 2 lakh income limit for OBCs, Minorities and is yet to release final guidelines on income limit.

To be eligible for the fee reimbursement:

• Students have to submit their study record for the last seven years.
• If already, a student of Telangana for 4 years out of 7 years, they will be treated as local and their reimbursements will be given.
• TS local students taking admissions in AP colleges in 15 per cent unreserved quota in counselling.
• TS local students applying to AP colleges in 15 per cent unreserved quota in counselling are also eligible for fee reimbursement.
