All the Regional Joint Directors of School Education / District Educational Officers in the State are informed that it is noticed that number of stakeholders are coming personally to this office for submitting various grievances/issues pertaining to this Department.
To avoid the hardship to the stakeholders, it is decided to install a Toll-Free Telephone Number in this office for receiving the grievances and address the issues immediately.
Accordingly, the following Toll-Free Telephone has been installed in 0/o. Director of School Education, Telangana, Hyderabad for receiving grievances from all corners.
Therefore, they are requested to give wide publicity in their districts and also instruct the Head Masters of all the schools (Govt. / ZP / Mpl. / Private / Aided / Model Schools / KGBV) under their control to paint the Toll Free Number at visible place in the school premises with bold letters immediately. The Toll-Free Number will function from 10.30 AM to 6 PM in all working days.

My Daughter studies in 4rth grade in sisiter nivedita school cbse affiliated, ameerpet, hyderabad. School is conducting 4 online classes daily of 45 min. and too much home work they are giving on daily basis and they keep saturday busy too with some work or test. I raised this issue in online PTA meeting too but; instead they increased the work. Pls. help too much screen time and work is not good for health for a small kid.
hello sir i am from bhavans collge sir i have complaint aganist the telangana education system sir u know that onlineclasees is very difficult to understand and beside this everyone of us cannot afford a smartphone or a laptop and beside this government is conducting exams i have a question that is this government is a fool they donot have simple commonsense so i request u postpone the exams date donot cancel it but postpone it to the month of july or Aug 2021 so kindly take the action

Hello Sir, some private schools are conducting half Yearly exams for students of class 1st in schools. They are compelling the parents to send the children of UKG and 1st class in Hyderbad City. How can we report regarding those schools, proper action has to be taken against these private schools that too play schools ?
Respected madam,. Our kids are studying in grade 6 in unique high school edi bazar private school and these school people are forcing us to pay 16,000 rupees and they didn’t reduce the fees inspite of all issues in this pandemic situation.How can we pay this amount it’s really pathetic about the school and there are starting classes for 7grade from next week onwards there are telling students to come in color dress so please it’s humble request to our education minister ms.sabitha Indra Reddy and our respected cm kcr Sir and ktr sir to please take action against this issue to support helpless parents.Hoping u r swift action against this school.
