Kaloji Narayana Rao University of Health Sciences has released a notification for online registration for admission into Bachelor in Physiotherapy (BPT), B.Sc (Nursing), and Post Basic B.Sc (Nursing) courses under the competent authority quota for 2025-25 in Telangana.

KNRUHS invites the Paramedical Online applications from eligible candidates for admission into the BPT, B.Sc (Nursing) and PB Bi.Sc (Nursing) courses for the academic year 2025-25 in all government and private colleges affiliated to KNRUHS in Telangana.

Application forms are invited online for admission into the following courses for the academic year 2025-25 into affiliated colleges to KNR University of Health Sciences, Warangal in Telangana from eligible candidates.

Eligibility Criteria for TG Paramedical Courses

Eligibility for BPT Course: Intermediate (10+2) or equivalent with Botany, Zoology, Physics, and Chemistry or Intermediate Vocational (Physiotherapy) or Inter vocational with Bridge course of Biological and Physical Sciences or TOSS with Biological and Physical Sciences and should have completed 17 years of age as on 31.12.2025

Eligibility for BSc MLT Course:  Intermediate (10+2) or equivalent with Botany, Zoology, Physics, and Chemistry or Intermediate Vocational (Medical Lab Technology) or Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology or Inter vocational with Bridge course of Biological and Physical Sciences or TOSS with Biological and Physical Sciences and should have completed 17 years of age as on 31.12.2022.

BSc Nursing 4 YD Course: 

• The Minimum age for admission is 17 on 31 December of the year in which admission is sought.
• Minimum Education: (a) 10+2 Passed @ 45% aggregate of marks in science (Physics, Chemistry, and Biology) and English is a compulsory subject in 10+2. And
• (b) 10+2 passed out from recognized board under AISSCE/CBSE/ICSE/SSCE/HSCE/NIOS /TOSS or other equivalent Board with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology.
• (c) Intermediate Vocational with Bridge Course in Biological and Physical sciences.
• (d) SC, ST, and BC are eligible with 40% in the Science Group subjects (Physics, Chemistry, and Biology) as per the norms of the Nursing Council of India.
• Students shall be medically fit.
• Students shall be admitted once in a year (As per the G.O. Rt. No. 1095, Health Medical & Family Welfare (K1) Dept. Dated: 02-09-2013)
• Candidates possessing basic qualification i.e. 10+2 from other than Board of Intermediate Education of AP /Telangana are required to submit an equivalency certificate issued by the Board of Intermediate Education, Telangana.

Post Basic BSc Nursing 2YDC Course : 1. Candidates seeking admission into the Post Basic B.Sc. (Nursing) Course should have passed the Intermediate Examination. OR Any other equivalent examination (10+2 pattern) recognized by the University in Telangana or Board of Intermediate Education Telangana or NIOS, TSOSS – Indian Nursing Council Regulations. And

Should have passed General Nursing and Midwifery from an institution recognized by the Govt.  of  Telangana or Nursing Council of India and shall be registered with the State Nursing Council. (Eligibility Criteria is as per G.O.Ms.No.269, HM & FW (K2) Dept., Dt. 30-11-2009 as amended in G.O.Ms.No.194, HM  &  FW  (K2)  Dept.,  Dt.  07-07-2011, G.O.Ms.No.40, HM  &  FW  (K2)  Dept., Dt.18-02-2012 and orders issued by Government of Telangana occasionally.

Government Service Candidates: Should have completed 2 years of service as a staff nurse in the Medical and Health Department and Telangana Vidya Vydya Parishad as of 30.06.2019. A service certificate as a staff nurse should be enclosed and issued by the respective employer, and the must be a regular employee. Service certificate, regularization orders as staff nurses should be enclosed.

Age Limit: Candidates born on or after 02.04.2005 are not eligible for admission into the above courses for underage verification. The minimum age for admission shall be 17 years on 31st December 2020 for BPT, BSC Nursing 4YDC & BSc MLT.

Candidate born on or after 02-01-2005 are not eligible for admission into any of the above courses. Minimum age for PB BSc Nursing 2 YDC is 21 years and maximum age limit is 45 years (for SC, ST candidates maximum age is relaxable by 3 years)

Registration Fee/Application fee: The registration and verification fee is Rs.2,000/—for OC and BC candidates and Rs.1,600/—for SC/ST Candidates for each course. The fee is payable online through Debit / Credit card or Net Banking.

How to submit the TG Paramedical Application Form?

Candidates are advised to download and read carefully the prospectus/Regulations of each of the courses available on the website www.knruhs.telangana.gov.in before filling out the TG Paramedical Courses Online application form 2025 and paying the application fee for admission into the above-said Paramedical courses for the academic year 2025.

For Online application, first visit the website through a Computer with an Internet connection to fill out the application form. Fill in all the details in the online application form and upload all the mandatory documents

Eligible candidates, as per the concerned regulations, who desire to take admission into Government and Private Colleges shall apply online and upload all original certificates for determining the merit position for Telangana State Competent Authority Quota on the website https://tsparamed.tsche.in only. The TG Paramedical Courses Online application 2022 can be Filled out through any computer with an internet connection.

Procedure for submission of filled-in online Application form and Original certificates at the time of admission for final verification: On-line application form without uploading mandatory Certificates, Passport size photo, without signature at declaration area, incomplete applications will be automatically rejected and will not be considered for determining the Merit position.

The mere fact that the Merit position was issued to the candidate does not imply that the university has accepted the candidature or that the entries made by the candidate in the online application are accepted as true and correct.

Candidates may please note that the University will verify certificates regarding eligibility conditions, i.e., educational qualifications, Local/ Non-Local area status, and category status at the counseling center notified by the University.

Candidates with all Original Certificates must attend for physical verification at the time slot and venue allotted without fail.

Candidates who have not attended in person for physical verification of their Original Certificates are not eligible to use the excise web option for admission into respective courses by the concerned department officials.

If the information furnished by the candidate in the application is incorrect, his/her candidature is liable to be canceled, and further action deemed fit will be taken.

The university will examine candidates’ eligibility for admission into BSc(N) 4 YDC/ PB BSc(N) 2YDC/ BPT / BSc (MLT) for the academic year only after scrutinizing the application and verifying the Original required certificates. The provisional final merit list will be notified.

Online registration and uploading of scanned original certificates will be done only once, regardless of the number of counseling sessions.

A separate notification will be given to verify the original certificates. Therefore, the candidates should register and upload all the mandatory Certificates without fail.

The university will examine the Original Certificates, and concerned departmental officials at counseling centers will notify candidates.

Candidates must attend with all Original Certificates at the time slot notified. After scrutinizing the application and original certificates, a provisional final merit list will be released.

Candidates are advised to refer to the KNRUHS website for further details regarding the schedule for exercising web options. No individual communication will be sent.

Admissions will be in accordance with the Orders issued from time to time by, Government of Telangana, Nursing Council of India, relevant Hon’ble Supreme Court and High Court orders and University regulations.

This Admission notification is for online registration to determine the Merit position only for eligible candidates. The dates for exercising web options for admission to paramedical courses will be notified separately on the University website.

Candidates are advised to periodically check the University website for notifications, counseling schedules, seat matrix, and other details.

An in-eligible candidate obtaining Merit position does not make the candidate eligible for admission. After allotment candidate should download the allotment order,

submit the print-out of the filled-in Online application form and original certificates along with (1) set of self attested copies to the Principal of allotted college at the time of joining for final verification by admissions committee of allotted college. In case of any discrepancy, the provisional allotment order for admission will be cancelled.

After the Original Certificates are verified, the Merit List for all the above courses will be displayed on the KNRUHS website.

Candidates are directed to read the prospectus of each of the courses displayed on the KNRUHS website, www.knruhs.in, carefully before filling out the online application form and paying the application fee.

If any new colleges are affiliated to the University for the year 2025-24 before the date of Counseling, the seats in those colleges will also be filled.
