In continuation to the instructions issued in respect of Submission of MNRs for SSC, OSSC and SSC Vocational Course Public Examinations, March by the Head Maters in the DEOs Offices, the revised Schedule is issued for submission of the MNRs by the Head Masters as detailed below.
It is noticed that Head Masters/Principals of certain new Schools have uploaded students data duly using “Division Codes” of last year. The list of such schools is appended here with.

Update TS SSC Online Student Data
As per the Proceedings Rc.No.51/1-1/2023, Dt: 25-11-2023, Government of Telangana State, Director of Government Examinations has given instructions to all DEOs for “TS SSC Online Student Data Updation”.
Photos, Signatures and Identification Marks edit option will be provided by DGE Telangana for High School Head Masters and The date will be communicated to them later.
The last date for submission of Nominal Rolls of Regular and Private Candidates to the DEO office by the Headmasters is 26-11-2023 and the DEO to this office is 27-11-2023.
All headmasters download the applications of such candidates and paste the correct photos & signature, other correction can be done in the downloaded application and the same may be mention in the covering letter and submit the same along with Nominal Rolls to District Educational Officer concerned.
Further, if whole school applications generated with same or single photo, such headmasters may be instructed to submit such applications to DEO office, after receiving applications to DGE office the whole school may be permitted to re-upload the photos & signatures

In continuation to this office letter 3 cited, I am to you that due date for uploading of Regular Student data through online for SSC Public Examinations, March already extended Further for uploading of Private Once failed candidates of SSC ASE June 2023 and candidates failed in March 2015 to June 2018 is also enable in the website.
In this connection, DGE inform you that all the Headmasters should submit the download online filled application, Online Printed Nominal Rolls, Challan etc., along with Manuscript Nominal Rolls on or before date 26-11-2023 along with Rs.50/ Late Fee (Both Regular & Private NRs) to the District Educational Office and the District Educational Offices in turn to submit the same to this office by 27-11-2023. - To verify M.N.R. with admission register and its should certified by the MEO at I bottom of last page of the each school M.N.R.
- Copy of the attendance register for 10th class students obtained and keep with MEO.
- List of teachers those handling 10 class during the academic year 2023-2020.
- Copy of the latest school recognition /opening permission should be attested by the MEO.
- Figure statements of SSC Public Examinations March -2020.
- To verify any dues are pending regarding DCEB as per the list of DCEB authority.
- List of Zero strength schools
- List of Closed schools with the details of where preserved the school records.
Further, they are request after completion of receiving MNR from 14-11 .2023 to 18-11-2023 and same submit to this office on 19-11-2023 without fail. Action may be taken accordingly.

The attention of all the District Educational Officers in the State is invited to the notification 1st read above, where the Director of Government Examinations, Telangana, Hyderabad has issued Schedule indicating the due dates for remittance of Examination Fee for the Regular candidates for the SSC Public Examinations to be held in the Month of March, 2020.
According to which last date for remittance of Examination Fee by the candidates to the Head Masters without late fee 29-10-2023. The Director of Government Examinations, Telangana, Hyderabad in the reference 2nd cited has issued instructions to the Headmaster for preparation of Nominal Rolls of the candidates
Further, it is informed that time to time instructions were issued to all the Head Masters of all the Schools under new Management including the Private un aided recognized Schools for uploading the information of all the students studying in classes 1st to 10th including the Aadhar Number in the website is.. schooledu.telangana.gov.in.
Instructions were also issued to them that, the 10 class students for the SSC Public examinations to be held in March will be allowed whose details are uploaded in the Student Info. As per the status report the information of all the enrolled children is not uploaded.
Therefore, they are requested to issue instructions to the Head Masters of all the High Schools under new Management including the Private unaided recognized Schools to upload the information of all the enrolled children, pay the Examination Fee as per the Schedule given by the Director of Government Examination, Telangana, Hyderabad
In the reference 1 cited, submit Nominal Rolls as per the instructions issued in the reference 2 cited and specifically inform that the 10 class students whose details are uploaded in the website ie, https://schooledu.telangana.gov.in alone will be considered to appear for the SSC Public Examinations March.
TS SSC NR Data Updation through SSC Online System
- Enter http://bsetelangana.gov.in
- In main menu select SSC PUBLIC EXAMS MARCH -2020 ADMISSIONS
- Enter School code as User name and password
- Enter dise code, Cell No, email Id, and pincode of your area.
- Child info names and strength will appear.
- Check the data and confirm UDISE.
- Online application will appear and select student edit option and stream option then click on fill application.
- Fill the form according to MNR from.

All the DEOs are requested to verify the recognition orders/Opening permission Orders submitted by the Head Masters of the New Schools scrupulously before submitting the NRs of New Schools in the O/o the DGE, TS, Hyderabad. Care may be taken to ensure that all new schools are uploaded in the online applications using the last year Division code.
