TS Teachers Seniority Lists
Director of School Education, Telangana State will be conducted Teachers Transfers Counselling at the district level every year. This year DSE Telangana has given Teachers Transfers Counselling notification.
In this connection all the DEO’s and District officials have prepared the Seniority List, Clear Vacancies List, Long-Standing 5/8 years HM’s and Teachers list for conducting the teacher’s transfers for this year.
School Education Department prepared the Online Teachers Transfers Application for applying and this application form is available only at the Telangana Online Web portal.
Once release the transfers schedule, the Online application process will be started very soon in all districts. So, Eligible teachers can apply online and take a printout. Teachers should submit the signed print copy along with required documents to the concerned your respective officials.
The seniority lists of each district are hoisted on their DEO official website. Therefore it is requested all the teachers to go the website and download the seniority list. If any grievances/objections please submit at the DEO Office.
The DEO office will upload the vacancy list uploaded and provisional eligibility list with entitlement points and preferential categories on Teacher Transfer Portal. District wise Seniority Lists for Transfers, Promotions
Telangana Teachers Seniority Lists or Eligible Teachers Provisional Seniority Lists for Promotions will be prepared by District deo officials for giving School Assistant promotions in ZP Sector and Government Sector.
The DEO will inform to all the Teachers, who were working in the ZP Sector and Govt Sector, their Provisional Seniority lists will be placed on the DEO website and also Govt Sector and other related seniority lists will be placed very soon.
Instructions to Complex HMs :
- The Complex Head Masters are requested to communicate the details to the Complex PS/UPS Teachers.
- The Complex HMs are requested to take a print copy of their Complex PS/UPS teachers and call/inform all teachers to verify their details and if any additions/corrections to be made, inform the teachers to submit the relevant certificates to make additions/corrections with PEN ONLY .
- The Complex HM should take all PS/UPS teachers signature at column no (92) without fail.
- The Complex HM Should also mention the number of correction made at col no (93) and sign at col no (94).
- The Complex HM is instructed to submit all PS/UPS teachers information of their complex including newly appointed teachers (TRT 2017). Instruct TRT 2017 teachers to fill the details in the empty (94) column proforma and submit all relevant certificates.
- The Complex HM should submit finalized Ps/UPS Employee Details [along with all certificates submitted by the teachers while making corrections] to the MEO concerned for updating at MRC
Instructions to High School HMs :
- The High School Head Masters are requested to communicate the details to the High School Teachers.
- The High School HMs are requested to take a print copy of their High School teachers and call/inform all teachers to verify their details and if any additions/corrections to be made, inform the teachers to submit the relevant certificates to make additions/corrections.
- The High School HM should take all HS teachers signature at column no (92) without fail.
- The High School HM Should also mention the number of correction made at col no (93) and sign at col no (94).
- The High School HM is instructed to submit all High School teachers information of their HS including newly appointed teachers (TRT 2017). Instruct TRT 2017 teachers to fill the details in the empty (94) column proforma and submit all relevant certificates.
- The High School HM should submit finalized finalized HS employee details [along with all certificates submitted by the teachers while making corrections] to the MEO concerned for updating at MRC
Instructions to MEOs :
- The MEOs are requested to collect the updated Printed Copies from all Complex Head Masters and High School Head Masters of their Mandal
- Update the Details as per the Hard copy submitted by the Complex HM / High School Head Master in the communicated Excel file only.
- Include any teacher details missing / new teacher details as per the Hard copy submitted by the Complex HM / MEO
- Submit Mandal Information (Excel proforma) in both hard and soft copies duly counter signed along with the hard copies submitted by the Complex HM / HS HM to the DEO.
