The attention of all the Mandal Educational Officers and Headmasters/ Principals of Govt. / Local body/ Model Schools/ TREIS Schools/ KGBVs/ Aided Schools and Unaided schools in the district are invited to the reference read above and they are informed that, the Government of Telangana has decided to organize “World Telugu Conference” from 15th to 19th December 2017.
In this regard, as per the instructions of the Commissioner and Director of School Education and Ex-Officio Project Director, Model School & RMSA, Telangana, Hyderabad vide reference read above, it is decided to conduct competitions in Essay writing, Elocution, Poetry writing, Singing and Dance in Warangal Urban District as detailed below.
The main theme for the Competitions: “తెలుగు భాషా గొప్పతనం మరియు తెలంగాణ సంస్కృతి మరియు సాంప్రదాయాలు” (Sub themes may be selected based on the main theme for each category at School and Mandal level)
Competitions Schedule:
1. 9th to 15th November 2017 School level
2. 17th November 2017 Mandal level
3. 21st November 2017 District level (Venue will be intimated later)
4. 23rd to 30th November 2017 State-level (Venue will be intimated later)
Therefore, the Mandal Educational Officers and Headmasters of all schools in the district are hereby requested to conduct competitions for students in Essay writing, Elocution, Poetry writing, Singing and Dancing at School and Mandal level respectively as per the schedule without fail.
Further, the Mandal Educational Officers are requested to send the Mandal toppers 1st and 2nd topper in each category to the district level competitions. The district-level toppers will participate in the state level.

Your attention is invited to the reference cited. I am to inform you that the Government of Telangana has decided to organise the “World Telugu Conference” from 15th to 19th December 2017. Therefore, you are requested to conduct the following Programmes in a successful manner:
a) All Schools (Govt./Model Schools/ TRIES Schools/KGBV / Aided and Private un-aided) should try to create a festive atmosphere in their Schools from 15th to 19th December 2017.
b) Inter-School competitions in Essay Writing, Elocution, Cultural Events should start from 1st November onwards on the topics of
Telangana Culture, History, Language, Heritage etc. at the District and State level.
c) Any other steps required to be taken to make the Conference a big success may be worked out and informed to the Government, at the earliest.

In continuation of the reference 2nd cited (copy enclosed), you are informed that Competitions for students, should be organised in Essay Writing, Elocutions, Poetry Writing, Singing & Dance and that these competitions should be organised at the Mandal Level, District Level and State Level for the students of the schools. While selecting the topics for the Competitions, great stress is to lay on the Telangana Telugu Language and Culture.
