These are some advertisements of coaching centres. “Coaching centre” this is the centre where students can learn, revise the topic/subjects not only that they can learn the tips that how to answer the question accurately and fastly. Before any notification to be released we can see the advertisements of no. of coaching centres, tutorials.
According to the name & fame of such centres they will collect the fee from the students. But they do not pay any fee to govt.
As Government Order.No. 200 released, according to this registration of tutorials, coaching centres is compulsory. Secondary Education commissioner T. Chiranjeevulu issued orders to all the District Education Officers DEOs & RJDs According to this Coaching centres in cities, towns, divisions should register their centres.
These norms are being devised as part of the Telangana State Tutorial Institutions (Registration and Regulation) Rules, to be promulgated by the Governor. Under the new rules, all coaching centres need to register afresh with the state government giving the below details
- Qualified Faculty Details,
- Infrastructure,
- Number of students
- Fee structure and
- Sanitary facilities,
- Each student shall have five to seven square feet space while a section or class can have a maximum of 30 students only.
- Requisite equipment and laboratories should also be provided.which will be inspected from time to time.
EAMCET, IIT, D.Ed, D.SC, B.Ed, centres giving coaching for entrance exams should register their centres. Job based coaching like Group-I, II,IV, police training, civil services, Bank recruitments should also register their centres.
- Government teachers, Aided teachers should not work as faculty in such centres.
- With in a week all coaching centres should apply through online.
- For this a new website is also working.
- Application fee is Rs 1,000/-
- Deposit 10,000/-
- After registration it is valid up to 5 years and then you have to renewal.
How to Apply: Telangana All Coaching Centres Should Register
All Tutorials/ Coaching Institutions should submit an application through online in Form-1 along with Registration fee of Rs.1000 and even also should submit to the DEO(Registration Authority) along with all relevant documents as mentioned in Form-1 within 30 days from the date of receipt of notice issued by the DEO.
MEOs collect the information regarding the Tutorial/ Coaching Institutions functioning in their jurisdiction thru the CRPs and ultimately they submit this report to DEOs.

Members crossing rules are liably punishable. Management will be imprisoned for 1 year along with fine. So, all coaching centers those giving coaching for entrance exams should register their centre through online web portal.
