Government of Telangana State, School Education Department has given proceedings and accorded permission for Up gradation of 8630 posts of Language Pandit Teachers as School Assistant (Languages) and 1849 posts of Physical Education Teachers as School Assistant (Physical Education) Government Schools/ MPUPS/ Zilla Praja Parishad in the Telangana State. For this detailed instructions have been issued to all DEOs in the State for LP Teacher Posts upgradation as SA Languages and 1849 PET posts upgradation as SA Physical Education in all Telangana Schools. GOs are issued by the Telangana State government for PET and Language Promotions. So, SA (PD) promotion is only for PETs and SA (Language) promotion is only for Language Pandits.
