Andhra Pradesh RTE 25 percent Admissions announcement has been made by State School Education Department on its official website. In an official web notification, Govt of AP informs everyone that the AP RTE Private School Admission schedule has been released and parents can now consider applying for these 25% admissions in AP Private Schools.
RTE Andhra Pradesh Admissions are being done like every year. Under this, 25% of seats are reserved in private schools with regards to Right to Education Act. However, these seats are only reserved for students belonging to economically backward sections. The idea behind this is to make education affordable for all students in Andhra Pradesh without any discrimination or financial constraints.
Under the Andhra Pradesh RTE admission, 25 per cent of the seats in private schools are reserved for students belonging to the economically backward section as per the provision in the Right to Education act. The scheme was implemented to make affordable quality education available to students who have to deal with financial constraints.

However, if the number of applications exceeds the available seats, admission will be given on the basis of a lottery. The lottery will be drawn and generated by the official district administration. The selected list of candidates will then be made available online at the admission portal and candidates can download the admission admit card from there

How to apply for AP RTE Admission 2022?
The School Education Department of Andhra Pradesh, has released the AP RTE Private School Admission notification on its official website, http://sims.ap.gov.in/RTE/. Candidates need to visit the official portal of School Education Department, Government of AP, http://sims.ap.gov.in/ for RTE AP admissions.
- Click on Online Application Link
Once you reach the AP Admission portal, locate the ‘Online Application’ link and click on it On the homepage.
- Click on the New Registration
After clicking on that link, you will be redirected to a new window where you have to register by selecting the ‘New Registration link’
- Fill the Registration Form
Fill out the registration form through with Aadhar Card link or without Aadhar Card link, with all the required information and click on the submit button.
- Login in the Portal
After successful registration, log in to the RTE 25 admission portal by entering the application number password and captcha code.
- Fill the Application
Fill out the AP RTE 1st class admission application form and attach all the necessary documents.
