LAKSHMI- Goddess of Wealth
SARASWATHI- Goddess of Education
PARVATHI- Goddess of Prosperity
If we see our culture history, either Goddesses are the mothers of their field. We pray them, to get health, wealth, peace, education and everything in our life. There is no birth with out a mother. A child can grow in safe hands only with mothers care a house glitters with health, wealth, peace only when the women plays perfect role. Women is a barrier between father and children. A healthy relationship can be maintained by her it self.
As a child, wife, mother she plays a very significant roles but by her birth many people feel unhappy because they think her education helps some other, marriage which is very expensive. Now-a-days anything a lady can do when compared to a gent/man. Daughter is more responsible than son to see their parents in their old age.
As Generation is growing technologies are developing very fast but the difference is not decreasing. Many abortions are taking place due to illiteracy, lack of knowledge etc. So, to change the life of girl child and to maintain the ratio of boys and girls our honourable prime minister Sri Narendra Modi going to inaugurate the programme “BETI BACHAO”(BBBP) in from 22nd Jan onwards. National Girl Child Day
Greetings of Smt Maneka Sanjay Gandhi,Minister, WCD
My special wishes to our girls, who are our precious resource and the nation-builders of tomorrow. Every year we celebrate 24th January as National Girl Child Day.
Though every day should be a Girl Child Day, on this occasion, we reaffirm our commitment to provide her an enabling environment for all round development.
Our girls have done us proud in class-rooms, in sports and other diverse fields. They have broken barriers and proved their worth in every sphere, even in the voyage to Mars with the Mangalyaan initiative.
Today, we are proud that we are one of the fastest growing economies in the world. But the paradox remains that the girl child is denied the right to be born. It is a matter of great concern that gender biased sex selection is continuing in many parts of our country. This is a violation of human rights and of the right to life guaranteed under our Constitution.
The discriminations against the girl child must be fought with all the resources at our command. The Prime Minister launched Beti Bachao Beti Padhao (BBBP) initiative on 22nd January, 2015 at Panipat, Haryana with a clarion call to all of us to value the girl child. I urge all of you to contribute towards the process of empowering our girls and fight against socio-cultural biases against them.
As a responsible citizen of the country, each one of us has a duty towards building a fair, equitable and just environment for our women and children. We urge you to join the Beti Bachao Beti Padhao movement by celebrating the girl child and empowering her with education.
