Notification for verification of original certificates for Paramedical & Post Basic Nursing Courses: Dr. NTR UHS hereby notify the schedule for first and final verification of original certificates for Web-Based Counselling for Admission into Post Basic B.Sc. (Nursing) 2 YDC, B.Sc. (Nursing) 4 YDC, Bachelor of Physiotherapy (BPT) and B.Sc., Paramedical Technology Courses in the colleges affiliated to Dr. NTR UHS, Vijayawada for the academic year 2023
The candidates who have applied for the above courses in response to this office Notification Dt: 18 Sep & 3 October for the year-2023 are hereby informed that the lists of candidates applied for the above courses are available in the Website paramed.apntruhs.in and ntruhs.ap.nic.in.
All the candidates whose names are present in the lists displayed on the website and fulfilled the Eligibility criteria are informed to attend for Verification of their Original Certificates from 11 October to 19 October as per the schedule given below at the following Help Line centers. Eligibility for B.Sc. Nursing 4 Years Degree Course:
1. The minimum age for admission shall be 17 years on 31st December of the year in which admission is sought.
2. Minimum Educational Qualifications:
a. 10+2 Passed in the subjects of Physics, Chemistry, Biology (PCB) and English individually.
b. 10+2 passed out from recognized board under AISSCE/ CBSE/ ICSE/SSCE/ HSCE/NIOS/APOSS or other equivalent Board with Physics, Chemistry and Biology.
c. Intermediate Vocational with Bridge Course in Biological and Physical Sciences.
d. OC candidates should have secured 45% aggregate of marks in Science
Subjects, 40% in case of SC, ST and BC candidates. English is a compulsory subject.
Age: Candidates born on or after 01.01.2003 are not eligible for admission into the above courses as they are underaged.
Eligibility for Bachelor of Physiotherapy (BPT) Course: Intermediate (10+2) or equivalent with Botany, Zoology, Physics, and Chemistry or Intermediate Vocational with Bridge course of Biological and Physical Sciences or APOSS with Biological and Physical Sciences and should have completed 17 years of age as on 31.12.2019
Eligibility for B.Sc. Paramedical Technology Courses: Intermediate (10+2) or equivalent with Botany, Zoology, Physics, and Chemistry or Intermediate Vocational with Bridge course of Biological and Physical Sciences or APOSS with Biological and Physical Sciences and should have completed 17 years of age as on 31.12.2019
Eligibility for Post Basic B.Sc. (Nursing) 2 YD Course: Male and female candidates are eligible for admission into Post Basic B.Sc., (N) 2 Years Course as per 228th EC resolution dated 05.05.2018.
1. Should have passed Intermediate Examination OR Any other equivalent examination (10+2 pattern) recognized by the University in A.P. or Board of Intermediate Education, AP OR NIOS OR APOSS And Should have passed General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM) from an institution recognized by the Govt. of A.P. or Nursing Council of India and shall be registered with the State Nursing Council.
(Eligibility Criteria is as per G.O.Ms.No.269, HM & FW (K2) Dept., Dt. 30-11-2009 as amended in G.O.Ms.No.194, HM & FW (K2) Dept., Dt. 07-07-2011, G.O.Ms.No.40, HM & FW (K2) Dept., Dt.18-02-2012 and G.O.Ms.No.33, HM & FW (K1) Dept., Dt.05-03-2013 and from time to time.
Government Service Candidates: Should have completed 2 years of service as a staff nurse in the Medical and Health Department and Andhra Pradesh Vaidya Vidhana Parishad as of 31.08.2019. A service certificate as a staff nurse issued by the respective employer should be enclosed. Must be a regular employee. Service certificate and regularization orders as staff nurses should be produced at the time of original certificate verification.
Age: Candidate should have completed 17 years of age and should not be more than 45 years of age as on 31st December of the year of admission. In the case of SC / ST Candidates, the maximum age shall be relaxed by 3 years.
Candidates are informed to watch the University website http://ntruhs.ap.nic.in/ regularly for all further Notifications with regard to exercising web options and allotments etc. which will be placed on the University website only.
Original Certificates to be produced at the time of verification: The candidates are directed to attend with the original certificates as mentioned below along with Three sets of Xerox copies. No proxies will be allowed.
1 Print out of online application duly signed by the candidate.
2 S.S.C or equivalent examination showing the Date of Birth
3 a. Intermediate or its equivalent examination with Physics, Chemistry, Botany and Zoology with marks of qualifying examination
b. Bridge course certificates
4 Transfer certificate (TC)
5 Study certificates from 6th Class to Intermediate. A candidate who has not studied in the any school, a residency certificate for that period only shall be submitted. In case of candidates applied for Post Basic B.Sc.(Nursing) study certificates from 9th class to 10+2 and GNM to be produced.
6 Aadhaar Card
7 Candidates who have studied in the institutions outside of Andhra Pradesh have to submit 10 years (years of period to be specified) residence certificate of the candidate or either of the parent issued by MRO / Tahsildar.
8 Latest Permanent Caste Certificate (Integrated Community Certificate) claiming reservation under BC/SC/ST Categories issued through E-Seva or Mee Seva
9 The candidates claiming fee exemption shall produce the latest Income certificate of the Parent issued by MRO / Tahsildar or White Ration Card of family
10 Service certificate, if any.
11 For Post Basic B.Sc.(Nursing) 2 YDC : In addition to above- GNM Marks Memos, Pass Certificate, Nursing Council Registration certificate and Service Certificates i.e. Appointment Order, Regularisation/ Probation Declaration Order, Service Certificate, etc. in case of Government Service Candidates.
