Chittoor DCEB Annual Summative III Exams, Rc.19 Chittoor DCEB Annual / Summative III Exams April 2021 Revised Time Table

  1. Question papers will be delivered to the Zonal Centers on 7th /8th Apri1,2021. The Head Masters of ZP / Govt./ Mpl/Aided/HS are requested to take delivery of the 9th class Question paper bundles from their respective Zonal centers on 09.04.2021.
  2. Private UP/HS Headmasters are requested to take delivery of 6th to 9th classes question papers from their respective Zonal centers on 09.04.2021.
  3. The Head Masters of ZP/ Govt./Mpl/Aided/Upper Primary and High School are requested to prepare 6th,7 and 8th classes question papers at their cluster level (CCE Model).
  4. The Head Masters are responsible for safe custody of question paper bundles.
  5. Question paper bundles should be opened 15 minutes before commencement of the Examinations.
  6. The Head Masters are requested to verify the Question paper bundles whether they are with proper seal and package, if not, inform immediately to the DEO, Chittoor.
  7. Authorization Letter should be submitted to Zonal Head Master at the time of taking question paper bundles.
  8. 14.04.2021 Ambedkar Jayanthi Holiday.
  9. Schools will remain closed for Summer Holidays from 24.04.2021 to 11.06.2021 and reopen on 12.06.2021 (Friday) as usual.
