The Commissioner and Director of School Education requested through Lr. Rc. No. 302/E1-1/2009, on April 17th, 2013 Director, SCERT to propose reforms in the S.S.C examinations in view of curricular reforms, new textbooks and implementation of CCE from class I to VIII.
The Draft Proposals has been developed by the Team Experts which includes Addl. Directors of School Education, Professors from Universities, Principals of CBSE schools, CTE, DIET staff, headmasters, teachers and faculty of SCERT etc.
The Director, SCERT, Hyderabad has issued Proceedings Rc.No.185 on March 18th, 2014. In this regard, all the RJD SEs and DEOs are here by informed that to conduct a one day workshop with District Common Board Examination duly inviting experts i.e. Dy.EOs, Asst. Commissioner Govt. Exams, staff of CTEs, IASEs, DIETs, headmasters, teachers, textbook writers, representatives from identified private school management and discuss on the draft proposals and furnish suggestions in this regard.
The Sate Council for Educational Research and Training (SCERT) has finalised the proposals on the changes in Curriculum, assessment, evaluation and Training of 10th class that would be put in place from the next academic year onwards i.e. 2014-15.
The Draft Proposals(S.S.C Examination Reforms From 2014-15) has been sent to all the RJD SEs and DEOs in the State.
