Final Clarifications on PRC 2015 Fixation and SPP-IA 12 Years Scale for DSC-2001 Secondary Grade Teachers/Language Pandits: We have already given more illustrations on PRC 2015 Pay Fixation and 12 Years Scale for DSC 2001 SG Teachers/LPTs. DSC 2001 Teachers raising doubts on their fixation.
Because they have already got two(2) increments due to completion of 12 years service in the previous PRC 2010 due to not reached entry-level of next promotion post. But, the Same got two increments want to in New PRC 2015 at the time of fixation.
But now 2001 DSC SG Teachers/LPTs have already reached entry level of next promotion post at the time pay fixed in RPS-2015. So, due to completion of 12 yrs service, the pay may be fixed in SPP-IA Scale by giving one(1) increment.
Final Clarifications on PRC 2015 Fixation:
PRC CALCULATIONS FOR DSC 2001 SGTs/LPTs:
Case i) Increment date in January month
Basic Pay (As on 01.07.2013): 13660
DA (63.344%): 8653
Fitment (43%): 5874
Total Emoluments: 28187
This 28187 amount is between 28120 and 28940, so
Pay fixed at Next stage: 22460- 66330/ Rs.28940/-
Pay after next A.G.I as on 01.01.2014: 22460- 66330/ Rs.29760/-
Due to completion of 12 yrs service on 17-01-2014,

In previous RPS-2010, they got two Increments due to not reached entry level of next promotion post. But now they have already reached entry level of next promotion post at the time pay fixed in RPS-2015.

- Basic Pay as on 01.10.2013(after increment): 11530-33200/Rs.14050/-
- Due to the completion of 12 years service on 18-01-2014, the pay may be fixed in SPP-IA Scale by giving one increment. Now the pay became Rs.14440/- only.
- But this is not entry-level of the SPP-IA Scale. The entry-level of SPP-IA Scale is Rs.14860/- the Rule FR 22(a)(i) read with FR 31(2) says that the next stage need not necessarily one increment and it might depend upon the entry-level of the scale of promotion post. And the next increment would occur only after 12 months of incremental service
Hence….,
Scale and Pay allowed as on 18-01-2014 in SPP-IA Scale: 14860-39540/Rs.14860/-
Date of Next Annual Grade Increment: 01.01.2015
(b).In RPS-2015
- Basic Pay As on 01.10.2013(after increment): 22460- 66330/ Rs.29760/-
- Due to the completion of 12 yrs service on 18-01-2014, the pay may be fixed in SPP-IA Scale by giving one increment. Now the pay became Rs.30580/-.
This is already reached the entry level of SPP-IA Scale (28940- 78910).
The entry level of SPP-IA Scale is Rs.28940/-, as per FR 22(a)(i) read with FR 31(2)
Hence….,

Pay after next A.G.I on 01.10.2014: 28940- 78910/ Rs.31460/-

Here, we have clearly observed that two increments given in one year only, i.e.,16.07.2013 and 19.01.2013
Hence this is absolutely WRONG FIXATION

Then, Basic Pay as on 18-01-2014: 14860
DA(63.344%): 9413
Fitment(43%): 6390
Total Emoluments: 30663
Pay fixed at Next stage: 28940- 78910/ Rs.31460/-
Pay after next A.G.I on 01.01.2015: 28940- 78910/ Rs.32340/-
Date of Next Annual Grade Increment: 01.01.2016
Here we have clearly observed that option date is given on SPP-IA Date i.e., 18-01-2014. As per G.O.MS.No. 25.Dated:18-03-2015 Principles for exercising option either 1st July 2013 or the date on which he earns his next increment in the existing scale of pay. Hence this is also absolutely WRONG FIXATION
CAUTIONS: Final Clarifications on PRC 2015 Fixation
1) For the wrong fixations, DDOs are completely responsible.
2) Because Proceedings have been issued by the DDO only it is essential for any fixation bill.
3) Based on the proceeding issued by DDOs, PAO/STO will passes the bills.
4) If any bill passed by the overlook of wrong identifications, it will be verified at A.G(Hyd)
5) Then action will be taken on concern responsible persons and Recovery will be done.
6) So Please carefully read the fixations before issuing proceedings.
