The State government issued an order for implementation of Revised Pay Scales 2020 to the teaching and non-teaching staff working under the Telangana Residential Educational Institutions Society (TREIS) management.
- According to the order copy, the Revised Pay Scales, 2020 will come into force on July 1, 2018,
- The monetary benefit will be allowed from April 1, 2020.
- The salary in the RPS, 2020 will be paid from the month of June, 2021 payable in July, 2021, it added.
The arrears for the period from April 1, 2020, to March 31, 2021, will be paid at the time of superannuation of the government employee or to the legal heirs in case of demise of the employee, it said, adding that the arrears for the period from April 1, 2021, to May 31, 2021, will be paid during the financial year 2021- 22.
The government also issued orders for implementation of RPS -2020 to regular employees of Telangana State Educational and Welfare Infrastructure Development Corporation and employees of State Institute of Educational Technology.

TS PRC 2020 GO.30 Order Details
The G.O.Ms.No.7 orders were issued for implementation of the Revised Pay Scales-2015 to all the Teaching and Non-Teaching staff working under the management of Telangana Residential Educational Institutions Society, Hyderabad.
Government have issued G.O.Ms.No.51 orders for implementation of the Revised Pay Scales-2020 for the State Government Employees wherein it is ordered for implementation of the Revised Pay Scales, of 2020, which come into force on and from 01.07.2018. The monitory benefit shall be allowed from 01.04.2020.
As per the said Government orders, the Revised Pay Scales shall apply to all employees of the State Government, the employees of Local Bodies and Aided Institutions including, Aided Polytechnics, who are in receipt of pay in a regular pay scale in the Revised Pay Scales of 2015; and the work charged Establishment in receipt of pay in a regular pay scales in the Revised Pay scales of 2015.
The Secretary, Telangana Residential Educational Institutions Society, Hyderabad in the reference of Letter received from the Secretary, TREI Society, has submitted the proposal and requested to issue necessary orders to implement the corresponding Revised Pay Scales of 2020 to all the Teaching and Non-Teaching staff working under the management of the Telangana Residential Educational Institutions Society, since they are in receipt of salaries in RPS, 2015 as approved by Government in the G.O.Ms.No.7 read above .
After careful consideration, Government hereby accept the proposal of the Secretary, Telangana Residential Educational Institutions Society, Hyderabad for implementation of the Revised Pay Scales, 2020 to all Teaching and Non-Teaching staff working under the management of Telangana Residential Educational Institutions Society, Hyderabad and its Institutions as shown in the Annexure to this Order.
And also for implementation of the Orders issued by the Government from time to time in connection with the Revised Pay Scales, 2020 including the other relevant orders issued on DA, HRA, Additional HRA in lieu of rent free quarters, CCA & other Allowances, Automatic Advancement Scheme etc. to the staff working in Telangana Residential Educational Institutions Society, Hyderabad.
The Revised Pay Scales, 2020 shall be deemed to have come into force on and from 01.07.2018, the monetary benefit shall be allowed from 01.04.2020. The arrears for the period from 01.04.2020 to 31.03.2021 shall be paid at the time of superannuation of the Government employee or to the legal heirs in case of demise of the employee.
The arrears for the period from 01.04.2021 to 31.05.2021, will be paid during the financial year 2021- 22. The salary in the Revised Pay Scales, 2020 will be paid from the month of June, 2021 payable in July, 2021.
The Secretary, Telangana Residential Educational Institutions Society, Hyderabad should follow all the Orders issued by the Government in the matter from time to time in addition to these Orders issued.
