The Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti has released the JNVST Class 9 Online Application 2025 for the Navodaya 9th Class Entrance Test on its official website, navodaya.gov.in.

NVS has enabled the JNV 9th Class Entrance Test Online Application 2025 on its admission web portal, https://www.nvsadmissionclassnine.in.

Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti has decided to fill the vacant seats in Class IX through an All-India Level Admission Test. NVS released the Navodaya 9th Class Entrance Exam notification.

Online application forms are invited from the eligible students for admissions into Class 9 in all Navodaya Schools against Vacant Seats. The candidate may refer to NVS Hqrs Website https://navodaya.gov.in/.

Interested and eligible candidates can apply online through the official website of JNV, navodaya.gov.in. The entrance exam for class ninth admission will take place as per the schedule at various Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalayas across India.

The Admit Card for the class ninth entrance test can be downloaded from the official website till the exam date.

The result will be declared on the web portal after the examination is conducted. A candidate who has not been promoted and admitted to Class VIII is not eligible to apply.

Admission to Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya is based on a Selection Test designed and conducted by the CBSE. The test is called the Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya Selection Test (JNVST).

It is nonverbal, class-neutral, and designed to ensure that talented children from rural areas can compete without any disadvantage. Special care is taken to ensure that children from far-flung areas get admission forms free of cost without any difficulty.

Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya Admission: The Application For the JNV Class 9 Selection Test Has Begun. The government of India has started Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalayas (JNVs) all over the country except the state of Tamil Nadu.

These are co-educational, residential schools, fully financed by Government of India and run by an autonomous organization, Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti, under the Ministry of Human Resource Development.

However, students belonging to SC/ST categories, Girls, and boys from families whose income is below the poverty line (BPL), are exempt from fee payment.

The admission test is conducted in Hindi and English. It evaluates the candidate’s English, Hindi, Math, and Science knowledge.

The admission test will last 2.5 hours, and students with special needs will be given an additional 30 minutes. Candidates will be selected on merit. The total marks in the exam are 100.

The Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti has started the online registration process for the JNVST Class 9 admission on its admission web portal. Those seeking admission in Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya (JNV) class 9 in the academic session may submit their application online at navodaya.gov.in.

Who is eligible for JNV Class 9 admissions?

To be eligible for JNV class 9 admission, the candidate must be a class 8 student pursuing the course from a recognized board. Additionally, they must be from the district where the JNV is located. The candidates will only be considered for admission if he or she is between the ages of 11 and 15 years, as of May 1 of the admission year.
