Himachal Pradesh Board of School Education has released the HP Class 10 Date Sheet 2021 or HPBOSE 10th Date Sheet for HPBOSE 10th Class Board Exams. Students who are appearing for the Himachal Pradesh board Matric exams can check the notification which is released on the official site, hpbose.org.
As per the latest news, The Himachal Pradesh government cancelled the Matriculation (Class 10) state board examinations and decided to promote 1,16,954 lakh students to Plus one. The decision to promote class 10 students has been taken due to the rising Covid-19 cases in the state. The decision to cancel the HPBOSE 10th Board exam and promote students to next class was taken on May 5.
The students of Class 10 will be promoted on the basis of marks of internal and pre-board examinations of the first and second term. All the students would be promoted to Class 11 by the Himachal Pradesh Board of School Education (HPBSE) as per the norms suggested by CBSE. *
Himachal Pradesh Board of School Education, HPBOSE 10th, 12th Board Exams 2021 have been postponed by the Department of Education. Students who have registered for the HPBOSE Class 10th Board exam 2021 can visit the official website of HPBOSE to check and download the HP Class 10 date sheet. The HPBOSE 10th, 12th Board Exams 2021 were scheduled to begin on April 13, 2021.
Himachal Pradesh School Education Board has given exam notification for conduct of the annual Board examinations of regular / compartment / marks improvement / additional subjects of matriculation categories and all candidates of middle, matriculation categories of state open school will be conducted in April, 2021.

Himachal Pradesh Class 10 board exams: Class 10 exams will begin with Hindi paper. The major Class 10 board papers have been scheduled as follow. Hindi paper will be on April 13, Maths paper on April 16, Science and Technology paper on April 19, English paper on April 22, Social Science on April 26 and the vocational papers will be on April 28.
The Himachal Pradesh Board of School Education Board had reduced the board exams syllabus for all the classes owing to the lack of offline classes for the students and incomplete syllabus. The exam centres have also been designated in a way to avoid overcrowding inside the exam halls.
According to the date sheet issued on the Board’s website, the class 10 exams will commence on April 13 and conclude on April 28. The practical exam for class 10 will begin on March 26, 2021, while the practical exam for class 12 will start on March 24, 2021. Steps to Download HP Class 10 Date Sheet 2021
- Visit the HPBOSE 10th Board official website: hpbose.org in your device
- On the home page, click on the date sheet section under the examination tab
- Now click on the ‘Matric Date Sheet (Regular/SOS) March 2021.
- Then HPBOSE Class 10 board exam date sheet will appear
- From the next window, check and download the HPBOSE 10th Class date sheet.
Candidates must the mention the correct question paper number against their responses in the answer sheet. Question paper and answer sheets will be distributed 15 minutes before the exam time.
HPBOSE officials also clarified that the schools will have to conduct the practical exams on their own within the given time and it will not be releasing the questions papers for the practical papers.
Candidates must wear facemask along with all the staff appointed to conduct the examination. Candidates will have to appear at their center half an hour before the examination and they will be given admission in the examination hall only after hand washing with sanitizer or soap / water. And in the examination hall, seating arrangements will be made only after adopting proper social distancing.
