The central government has created a unique program called ‘Promotion of Research Attitude in Young and Aspiring Students (PRYAS)-2025′ to recognize school students’ talent and promote their social research.
These competitions are organized under the auspices of the National Council of Educational Research and Training.
It is a great platform to teach passion in science and develop creativity at the student stage. Incentives will also be given for the best performances. In this context, aspirants have been allowed to apply by September 20.

Rs.50 thousand incentive: Students play a crucial role in this competition. They should conduct scientific research to identify and solve significant problems in their surroundings.
They can also seek the help of teachers in their schools and share suitable ideas. To acknowledge their significant role in this endeavor, the selected proposals will receive an incentive of Rs. 50 thousand.
Educational Qualification: Candidates must be between 14 and 18 years of age. Those who are currently studying in classes 9-11 from all private schools are eligible to apply. Not one but two can form a team and continue their research.
A postgraduate teacher teaching Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, or Biology in classes 9-12 can act as a guide, providing the necessary support and guidance. Students should mail their ideas, knowing they have a strong support system.
