SBI Education Scheme, “BANK” Maximum no of lives are related to this. Crediting, Depositing, Fixed Deposit, Loan, Installment, Re-payment these which we hear, these are the facilities which we have through bank.
Banks do not work only for urging benefits/profits but also participate in social services. State Bank India are selecting poor girls from govt schools and giving scholarships for their studies by the “Educational Scheme”.
This scheme inaugurated in 2012 by “State Bank of India Community Services” and implementing by state banks of SBI. In our state SBI, SBH are giving these services.
Selection of children: They will select one child from each branch who was very poor, girls will have priority, children those who do not have father or mother orphan first priority will be given they student from govt school is selected. They will confirm the situation by visiting their house and select the child under this scheme. Yearly one child is selected from each branch.
SBI Education Scheme, The selected child gets scholarship of Rs.5000 from 6th-10th of her education. The money credited in her account will be drawn only when things, stationaries purchased receipts are produced. This should be done very promptly.
114 members under 38 branches of SBI are selected and getting scholarship of Rs.5000/-. 150 members under 29 branches of SBH are selected and getting their scholarship.
Not only this but also they are alloting Rs.10,000 per school from the 22 branches. They can buy plates, water coolers for students. Serving poor students is really a great idea, the beneficiary students should utilise and lay the way to their higher education.
