ANGRAU has released the Common Admission notification for Polytechnic Diploma Courses in Govt institutions and Private recognised institutions of the following three Universities. (a) Veterinary Diploma Courses in Govt and Private Polytechnic Colleges of Sri Venkateswara Veterinary University, Tirupati And (b) Agriculture Diploma Courses in Govt and Private Polytechnic Colleges of Acharya NG Ranga Agricultural University, Guntur, (c) Horticulture Diploma Courses in in Govt and Private Polytechnic Colleges of Dr YSR Horticulture University and (d) Fisheries Diploma courses in AP Fisheries University Polytechnic colleges.
Online applications are invited from candidates who have passed SSC and interested in admissions in diploma courses. Candidates were informed that admissions in Polytechnics would be conducted as per the government regulations prevailing at that time.

The syllabus in the subjects of Mathematics, Physical Science (Physics and Chemistry) and Natural science (Botany and Zoology) as prescribed by Board of Secondary Education, Andhra Pradesh for the academic year 2021-22 shall be taken.
AP AGRI POLYCET Exam Pattern
AGRI POLYCET will be of 2.0 hours duration consisting of only one paper. The Question paper consists of 120 multiple choice questions with four responses for each question with only one correct response among them.
- 40 Questions in Mathematics for 40 Marks.
- 40 Questions in Physical Science for 40 Marks (20 each in Physics and Chemistry)
- 40 Questions in Natural Science for 40 Marks (20 each in Botany and Zoology)

Candidates should not bring Logarithmic Tables, Calculators, pagers, Cell phone or any other supporting electronic gadgets into the Examination Hall. Any candidate found in possession of any forbidden material will be sent out of the Examination Hall and may also lead to the cancellation of performance of the candidate.
Candidates must remain seated in their allotted places till completion of the Examination and no candidates shall be allowed to leave before completion of examination time. Candidates are advised to read the instruction sheet carefully before start answering questions. Candidates are requested to answer all questions. All questions carry equal marks. There is no negative marking for incorrect answers.
