In the Context of Andhra Pradesh Reorganization Act 2014 and As Per Government order.MS.No.23, Dated:30-05-2014; Andhra Pradesh Residential Educational Institutions Society was divided into two societies viz., APREIS for Andhra Pradesh state and TREIS for Telangana State under Socities Registration Act 2001. These two societies have been functioning from the Appointed day i.e 02-06-2014. These two website are now functioning.

Telangana State Residential Schools
The name of the school in the local language (Telugu) is Telangana State Gurukula Patasala. The school operates with the theme and inspiration of Gurukulam, an ancient Indian school system where teachers and students live together in a remote natural campus setting, away from civil life. All activities are carried out in a tight student-teacher association. Academic club membership and PE (games and sports) involvement are mandatory. Students undertake duties like dormitory cleanup and serving at the cafeteria.
Only rural residents are eligible for admission. TREI Society conducts a common entrance test for the rural students of Telangana State. The hostel uses the Gurukul concept (Sahana Vavatu) ………………..
