Slot Booking Instructions
- Slot Booking (selection of Help Line Centre, Date & Time ) is compulsory for attending Certificate Verification.
- The candidate had to attend at the selected Help Line Centre (HLC) on the Date / Time booked through Slot Booking.
- The candidate is not permitted in other than selected HLC.
- Candidate has to report 10 minutes before Starting of the opted Slot Time.
- In case your account is debited and the website gets disconnected before payment receipt generation, your bank is expected to report the payment within one, two working days.
- Therefore, please wait for 1, 2 working days and recheck the same using the “Online Payment Status” using ‘Pay Processing Fee” link.
Slot Booking for Certificates Verification:
All categories (OC/BC/SC/ST/MINORITY) candidates, Book your Slot (Selection of Help Line Center, Date & Time) to attend certificate verification at your nearest or convenient Help Line Center (HLC) mentioned within the scheduled dates and attend for the Certificate Verification accordingly.
Without payment of Processing Fee and Slot Booking, the candidate is not permitted to attend for Certificate Verification. The candidate shall be permitted to attend for Certificate Verification only at the Help Line Center (HLC) booked as per the schedule.
Special category candidates i.e., (NCC) National Cadet Corps / (PHC) Physically Challenged / (CAP) Children of Armed Forces Personnel / Anglo-Indian need to book Slot duly selecting the Help Line Center of GOVERNMENT POLYTECHNIC, MASAB TANK, HYDERABAD to attend for certificate verification as mentioned in Annexure – I, other certificates of these candidates will also be verified on the dates mentioned along with Special Reservation category Certificates.
TG EAPCET Slot Booking 2025: How to book a slot for counselling?
TSCHE has enabled the TG EAPCET counselling processing fee payment link on its official website. Students who have qualified in entrance exam can participate in the admission counselling.
For this, students need to pay the processing fee and book a slot to attend the certificate verification. Students may follow the steps below to book a slot on the official website.
- Students who have paid the web counseling processing fee online mode, they need to visit the TG EAPCET admission counseling web portal by entering the web address steamed.nic.in for MPC stream OR tseancetb.nic.in for BiPC stream in your browser and press the enter key. Then counselling web portal will be opened in your device screen.
- Once you reach the TG EAPCET admission counselling web portal, you can search for the Slot Booking link on the home page and click on it. Then, certificates will be uploaded, and the Online Slot Booking for Certificate Verification Web Page will appear on your device screen.
- In the TG EAPCET Slot Booking web page, enter the TG EAPCET Hall Ticket Number, ICR Form Number (as printed on TG EAPCET Examination Hall Ticket), Date of Birth and Image value in the given boxes. Now, click on the ‘Show Available Slots’ button. Then, book a slot for certificate verification web page will appear.
- In this slot booking web page, select the category of the student, select the nearby Help Line Center convenient to attend for certificate verification, click on the suitable date convenient to attend for certificate verification (The dates available for slot booking will be marked with Green colour), and click on the convenient time slot (the slot booking is available from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM with half an hour timeslots are available).
- Once you have booked your slot at the TG EAPCET slot booking web page, verify the details of the Help Line Center and the date and time of the slot booking. Then click on the YES Button.
- Immediately you will receive SMS to the Registered Mobile Number with the details of HLC Name, Date & time etc.
- By clicking on the yes button, your slot booking details will appear in receipt format. You can print out the details of HLC Name, Date, and time.
- After receiving of slot booking details in your registered mobile number, Report 10 minutes before the slot booking schedule at the designated HLC.
- Show the SMS received to the Registered Mobile Number and complete the Certificate verification process.
Certificate Verification and List of Documents
During Certificate Verification, the candidate’s Aadhar details (Fingerprint Biometric) shall be verified with UIDAI (Unique Identification Authority of India) at the Help Line Centers. Therefore, it is mandatory for the candidate to attend Certificate Verification in person.
