The Telangana State Public Service Commission follows a Roster system for direct recruitment 2023 of candidates to various posts in the state.
Candidates can check the Roster points for Direct Recruitment 2023 in Telangana for every 100 posts on the tspsc.gov.in website.
The roster system is a method of ensuring that the recruitment process is fair and equitable, by reserving a certain number of posts for candidates belonging to different categories, such as Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, Backward Classes, and others.
The roster points system is used to determine the number of posts that are to be reserved for candidates belonging to different categories.
The system is based on a point system, where each category is assigned a certain number of points. The points are then used to determine the number of posts that are to be reserved for each category.
The TSPSC has adopted the roster point system for direct recruitment in Telangana state based on the recommendations of the High Court. The system is used for recruitment to Group I, Group II, Group III, and Group IV services.
