Uploading Of Swachh Patashala Photos, All the Mandal Educational Officers/Mandal MIS Coordinators are requested to upload the photos in Swachh Patashala website through mobile app or offline. http://swachhpatashala.com/

There are two types of toilets.
I. New
II. Dysfunctional

In New (total 7721 units),
There are two types,
a) Construction of New Toilets (6927 units)
b) Reconstruction of Toilets (794 units)

In Dysfunctional (Total-6361 units)
There are two types,
a) Dysfunctional Toilets
b) Swachh Bharat Kosh (907 units)

All the Mandal MIS Coordinators/ Data Entry Operators are requested to upload the photos of concerned mandal schools toilets of above category (types) photos in the website through offline or online. Be clear with above category of photos while uploading of photos in the website. 

Uploading Of Swachh Patashala Photos Offline Guidelines

1. Off line uploading of photos provided for New construction of toilets, Reconstruction of Toilets, Dysfunctional of toilets and Swachh Bharat Kosh (SBK).

2. Stage1(Below Basement level-photos 2 required) to complete stage1 photos.

3. Before uploading please check the details for school whether it is New construction of toilets, Reconstruction of Toilets, Dysfunctional of toilets and Swachh Bharat Kosh (SBK), Boys or Girls etc.,

4. Before uploading photos please check that photos are you are selected school photos are not. Once uploaded unable to change the data. Photo size should be below 500KB. Please resize photo size if above 500 KB.

5. off line uploading-the following options are provided.

1. New construction of toilets, Reconstruction of Toilets(In uploading of New)
2. Dysfunctional of toilets and Swachh Bharat Kosh (SBK)(In uploading of Dysfunctional type)
   i. District: select: ex: Adilabad-click on Search to available Mandal wise all schools data.
   ii. District and Mandal select- click on search to available only particular mandal selected schools data view and upload. Here if, some schools are uploaded through mobile app those schools will not visible to upload.
   iii. District, Mandal, stage1, Boys selected- to view respected Query data only.
   iv. District, Mandal, stage1, Girls selected- to view respected Query data only.

6. Before uploading the data please once again check all the data correct or not because once uploaded not able to change.
