AP MEDCO MCET AC, Andhra Pradesh Private Medical & Dental Colleges Managements Association has given MCET-AC-2023 Notification in the month of May .
An online (web-based) Common Entrance Test, designated as MCET-AC-2023 will be held by the Andhra Pradesh Private Medical & Dental Colleges Managements Association, Vijayawada for entry into B category (MCET-AC ranking based Management Quota) seats of MBBS & BDS courses for the academic year 2023.
Eligible candidates who wish to apply for MCET-AC-2023 may submit their applications through online mode only. The detailed information regarding eligibility, age, syllabi, related instructions is available in the prospectus MEDCO MCET AC.

Eligibility Criteria for AP MEDCO MCET AC:
A. Educational Qualifications:
As per the medical council of India /Dental Council of India / Dr. NTR University of Health Sciences. Candidates should have qualified at MCET-AC-2023 and shall secure not less than 50% of marks taken together in Physics, Chemistry, Biology (Botany, Zoology) / Biotechnology are eligible for admission into MBBS and BDS courses and they fulfill other relevant conditions laid down in these regulations as per Medical Council of India / Dental Council of India guidelines
B. Age Limit:
Minimum age: Should have completed the age of 17 years by 31st December 2019
MCET-AC Information:
1. Online application form: The online application form is available at www.apmedco.com. The candidates shall fill the online application form.
2. Online Registration Fee: Rs.1800/-
The Registration fee for the MCET-AC is Rs.1,800/- (Rupees Eighteen Hundred only). The fee can be paid by credit card or debit card or by net banking.
3. The candidates are advised to take a printout of the filled-in application form after completion of the application form and to note down the application number.
The pattern of Question Paper and Evaluation:
The Computer Based (Online) MCET-AC will be conducted on 24 May from 2.30 P.M to 5.30 P.M at the centers notified. (Reporting time at Test Center allotted is at 1.30 P.M sharp and candidates will not be allowed into the test center after 1.45 PM The Examination process will be commenced by 2.00 PM sharp). The duration of the Examination is 3 hrs (180 minutes).
a. The question paper is of the MCQ pattern. The candidate has to choose the single most appropriate answer from four options provided.
b. The Question Paper will be in English and Telugu
c. Each correct response shall be awarded one mark.
d. There is no negative mark for incorrect responses.
e. No mark will be given for the question not answered.
f. The minimum marks required to qualify in the entrance test shall be 50%.
(v) The Computer Based (Online) MCET- AC consists of 160 Multiple Choice Questions (MCQ‟s). The duration of the Test is 3 hours. The standard of the examination will be that of 10+2, Board of Intermediate Education, Andhra Pradesh. The approximate distribution of the questions will be as follows:
1. Botany-40
2. Zoology – 40
3. Chemistry – 40
4. Physics – 40
Total: – 160
As per the Medical Council of India / Dental Council of India regulations, the candidates shall secure a minimum of 50% marks in the Computer Based (Online) Entrance Test to become eligible for admission into MBBS/BDS courses.
