Norms.
Lab Attender 1 (BC-A-Women)	Pass in SSC	Experienced candidates will be preferred if worked as Lab Attender in any Reputed/ Govt. Institution.	Rs.6,700/- p.m. with allowances viz., EPF,ESI,Ser.Tax, Ser.Charges, TDS etc., as per the applicability and Govt. Norms.
Attender(OS) 2 (2=Women)	Pass in VIII class.	Experienced candidates will be preferred if worked in any Recognised/ Registerd/ Government Office.	Rs.6,700/- p.m. with allowances viz., EPF,ESI,Ser.Tax, Ser.Charges, TDS etc., as per the applicability and Govt. Norms.
Watchmen 9 (4-Women+5-Men))	Pass in VIII class.	Experienced candidates will be preferred if worked in any Recognised/ Registerd/ Government Office.	Rs.6,700/- p.m. with allowances viz., EPF,ESI,Ser.Tax, Ser.Charges, TDS etc., as per the applicability and Govt. Norms.
Plumber cum Electrician 11	SSC, ITI.	Experienced candidates will be preferred, if worked as Plumber-Cum- Electrician in any Reputed/ Registered/ Recognized/ Govt. firm.	Rs.6,700/- p.m. with allowances viz., EPF,ESI,Ser.Tax, Ser.Charges, TDS etc., as per the applicability and Govt. Norms.

Age Limit:
Candidates having below 18 Years as on 01.07.2021 are not eligible. As per G.O.Ms.No.295/General Administration Services-A Department, dated 23.09.2014, Age should not be completed 40 years forOCs & for SC/ST/BCs should not be completed for 45 Years as on01.07.2021 under Rule 12 of A.P. State and Subordinate Service Rules-1996,& Special Permission accorded to implement up to 30.09.2016.

Common Rules for All Posts, DEO Jr Asst & Attender Posts:

1. Only Female Candidates will be recruited for the vacancies in Girls’ Institutions & as per the Roster Points.
2. Regarding Conformity of Nativity belongs to East Godavari, Study Particulars from IV Class to X Class will be taken as criteria.
3. It is proposed to ask for the Maximum Marks prescribed and the Marks awarded & Maximum Grade Points Prescribed and the Grades Points awarded in the Online Application Form to be generated by NIC, Kakinada, to assess and award Marks, as prescribed.
4. If Grades are awarded based on the Marks allotted to the Grades will be taken into account for calculation of Percentages and marks will be awarded accordingly, as proposed for Each category of Post.
5. Candidate who studied in APSWR Schools in East Godavari District.  (List appended in Annexure-C)  Additional Marks to be awarded if studied in APSWRE Institutions in E.G.Dist only. For Others Nil.
6. DATA ENTRY OPERATOR (DEO) post will be accommodated against any one of the Vacancies existed in any Institution i.e.,, Rec. Asst/JACT /Sr.Asst/Superintendent if vacant. Hence, if all the vacancies filled with Regular Staff they will be adjusted to any one of the Institutions where there is no Data Entry Operator, otherwise the Junior Most DEO will be surrendered to Out-sourcing Agency. There is no right to claim for continuance of the Post under any circumstances.
7. COMMON NOTE FOR ALL CATEGORY OF POSTS : If any Regular Candidate posted on Compassionate / transfer/deputation/repatriation against any Out Sourcing Candidate, the Out-sourcing Candidate will be shifted to any Vacancy existed in any Institution in the E.G. District Only (or) junior most candidate in the District will be surrendered to Out-sourcing Agency. There is no claim for continuance of the Post under any circumstances.
8. Regarding PLUMBER-CUM-ELECTRICIAN POST, due to arduous nature of work decided to recruit only MALE Candidates accordingly, rosters communicated.
9. Under the Category of Data Entry Post & Watchmen Post, if O.C. Ex-Service Women Candidates are not available, it will be filled with O.C.-WOMEN ONLY as per the Merit.
10. Only 3 Days will be given to upload the Application through online.(From 29.01.2021 to 31.01.2021)
11. Detailed Notification will be posted in Website before One Week of Schedule time to assess the Rules and Regulations, and also to obtain necessary Educational/Other Certificates from the concerned to fill the columns in Online Application.
