In the G.O. 1st read above, Government have issued orders declaring the General Holidays under N.I.Act, 1881 for the year 2015.

2) In the reference 2nd read above, the Secretary, Reserve Bank of India Employees Association, Hyderabad and the General Secretary, Bank Employees Federation of India, Hyderabad have requested to declare holiday on the Occasion of May Day, 2015

3) The Government, after careful consideration of the matter, have decided to declare the Holiday on the occasion of MAY DAY (i.e.) on 01.05.2015 (Friday) under the Explanation to Section 25 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881(Central Act XXVI of 1881). Accordingly, the following notification is issued and shall be published in the extra-ordinary Gazette of Telangana State:

NOTIFICATION
In partial modification of the orders issued in G.O.Rt.No.996, General Administration (Poll.A) Department, dated 05.11.2014, the Government hereby declare 01.05.2015 (Friday) as Public Holiday on the occasion of MAY DAY, under N.I.Act, 1881. Declared Holiday on MAY DAY Occasion
