Joint Entrance Examination, JEE Advanced 2024 answer keys are to be released soon on the official website by 10 AM on September 29. IIT has already released the question papers. JEE Advanced 2024 result is scheduled to be released.
As per the Official web information, the answer key would be published online along with the window to raise objections.
Students who have appeared in the examination can check the keys and also raise objections in case of any discrepancy in the suggested answer and the calculated answer. The window to raise objections would remain open till the deadline on jeeadv.ac.in.
JEE Advanced 2024 was conducted in two shifts for Paper 1 and Paper 2. Candidates were required to appear for both the papers.
The paper was of total 396 marks with each paper of 198 marks each. Students were required to attempt a total of 108 questions (54 in each paper) which included 36 questions each of Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics.
The paper pattern for the two was slightly different with different marks for different set of questions. The marking scheme for JEE Advanced 2024 and how marks would be calculated is explained in the table below.

Based on the answer key released, students can then calculate their expected marks and ranks for the JEE Advanced 2024 examination.

JEE Advanced Question Papers 2024
Indian Institute of Technology has uploaded the question papers for JEE Advanced 2024 that was conducted on August 28, 2024.
Candidates can download the question papers of both paper 1 and 2 for all the three subjects- Physics, Chemistry, Maths from the official website at jeeadv.ac.in.
According to an official statement released by IIT the exam conducting institute, a total of 96% of the total registered candidates appeared for the JEE Advanced 2024 on August 28, 2024.

The official answer key for the exam will be released on September 29 on the official website. Once the answer key is released, candidates will be able to match their responses with the correct option ID and challenge the wrong answer key, if any, by September 30. IIT Delhi has released the questions papers 1 and 2 (both English and Hindi) of the Joint Entrance Examination (Advanced) 2024 on the official website jeeadv.ac.in.
The exam was held on September 27 and the answer keys will be uploaded by the end of this month. Nearly 2.2 lakh students appeared for the JEE Advanced examination this year.
The answer key of the JEE Advanced 2024 has been released. The candidates who had appeared in the examination can download the answer key through the official website- jeeadv.ac.in.
The online window to raise objection will be available till June 5th evening (5 pm) against the answer key. The queries submitted by students, a panel will discuss all the queries and take a final call.
To pass JEE Advanced, a candidate needs to score at least 10 per cent marks in each subject and an aggregate score of 30 per cent marks overall. The cut-off for JEE Advanced 2024 is likely to fall many assume the same will be less than 30 per cent

How to raise objections against JEE Advanced Answer key 2024
All the candidates can raise objections against the JEE Advanced 2024 answer keys from June 4. More details on the answer keys will be notified soon. The candidates can challenge the answer key till 29-09-2024.
Candidates are required to pay online a sum of Rs.1,000 as processing fee for each question challenged. The payment of the processing fee may be made through Debit/Credit Card/ Net Banking,” AND
“The processing fee will be refunded if the challenge is found correct. No challenge will be entertained without receipt of the processing fee,” according the official notice. After verifying the challenged answer key, the National Testing agency will release the final answer key. – jeeadv.ac.in
The exam authority has also posted a note clarifying answers of Numerical-Answer-Type questions “For Numerical-Answer-Type questions, the numerical value entered by the candidate will be evaluated.
Wherever applicable, depending on the question, answers will be evaluated by checking whether the answer entered by the candidate falls within a range of two values, with or without including the upper and lower values of the range depending on the question.”
Students appeared for the exam found the overall level of paper moderate, though not easy. Some students have rated Maths as easy but Physics relatively difficult. Chemistry was reported to be of moderate level.
The total no. of questions (54 questions) remains same as last year. However, total marks of Paper-1 has changed from 183 to 180 marks this year.
