Online Digital Classes to TS College Students on various digital/TV/T-SAT platforms. The Online digital classes would be telecast through Doordarshan-Yadagiri and T SAT Network channels- Vidya and Nipuna for about two hours twice a day for Telangana Intermediate, PG and Professional College students.
Apart from telecasting digital classes, the subject wise digital content would also be made available on the YouTube channel of the Education department. The College students can also access the Online digital classes on YouTube in case they miss out on any information. This content has been prepared by the College lecturers of the government colleges.
DD – Intermediate Education
The Education department plans to conduct digital classes for 30 per cent syllabus in each subject. These digital classes will be telecast through above said for about two hours each in the morning and evening daily.

The Commissionerate of Intermediate Education in collaboration with Cognizant Technology Solutions Ltd, Adobe Systems India Private Limited and Nirmaan, an NGO, has recently trained 5,300 regular and contract College lecturers of government colleges in the State in digital teaching methods and digital content development using Adobe creative cloud.

T-SAT Network, State government’s educational channel, will now be available on Bharti Airtel DTH and Airtel Xstream App. This comes in the backdrop of efforts to provide educational content to College students through DTH.
Vidya and Nipuna channels of the T-SAT network will be available on 948 and 949 channel numbers on the Airtel DTH. It will benefit large numbers of students of schools, intermediate, degree and post graduation.
As per the Education Department Orders, Online Digital classes for students of second-year Intermediate, and for existing students of Degree, PG and Professional Colleges will begin from 10-07-2021.
The Higher Education Department has permitted commencement of online classes through various Digital Platforms as part of e-learning and distance education. As per the order issued, all lecturers should be at their respective colleges from August 27 besides preparing e-content, lesson plans, etc.
With regards to reopening of colleges and commencement of regular classes, the department said it would issue separate instructions as per the Government of India guidelines. Until then, all colleges should remain physically closed for students and classes.
Previous year, the Telangana government has decided to provide online classes for government college students. The state government has also decided to conduct online classes in government colleges in the state from September 1.
The Department of Education has announced that it will conduct online classes for Inter, Degree and PG students. It ordered all faculty to attend colleges from the 27th August, 2020
The government has already decided to start online classes in government schools as well. The education department issued orders that classes would start there as well from September 1. Online lessons will be broadcasted to the students through Digital Platforms.
