Telangana Electronic Payment & Application System of Scholarships, Telangana ePass website has enabled for the TS Pre Matric Scholarship Registration 2024 link on the Pre Matric Scholarship Services Web Portal for receiving the fresh registrations and renewal registrations from the students who are studying Class 5 to Class 10 in the Telangana State.
Government of Telangana is sanctioning the Pre Matric Scholarships to SC, ST, BC, EBS, Minorities and Physically Challenged Students in the State.
For this, Telangana ePass website, https://telanganaepass.cgg.gov.in has been launched by the Government for Scholarships disbursements.
TS Pre Matric Scholarship main aim is to provide financial assistance to the Students who belong to the state domicile of Telangana.
Students who wish to avail of the Telangana Pre Matric Scholarship must visit the official website of https://telanganaepass.cgg.gov.in/ and complete the Fresh and Renewal Registration at the Pre Matric Scholarship Services.

In an endeavor to boost the enrolment ratio, the Central government has introduced a new pre matric scholarship scheme to provide scholarships to SC, ST, BC, EBC, Minority and PwD students.
The government will give scholarships to students of 5th and 10th standards belonging to above said community in government schools.
The scheme is only for students whose parents earn less than 2 lakh per annum, and the scholarship amount will be deposited in students’ bank account.
It was observed that most students discontinue their studies after the completion of class owing to financial doldrums.
In the scheme, which is being implemented by the Social Welfare Department, an amount of Rs.150 per month will be given today scholars and Rs. 350 a month to hostellers.
The government will also provide financial assistance of Rs. 750 to each student for purchasing stationery. The governments are spending crores for maintenance of schools, but admissions and attendance ratio remain hapless.

Eligible SC/ST/BC/PWD Students can check details and complete the TS Pre Matric Scholarship Registration Process on its Online Application submission web portal.
- SC/ST/BC/PWD Students who are eligible needs to visit the official website of Telangana Scholarship Web Portal, https://telanganaepass.cgg.gov.in in your device browser.
- Once you reach the official website, you can click on the Telangana Pre Matric Scholarship Services Link.
- Then a new Student services web page would be opened in your device screen.
- Once you reach the SC/ST/BC/PWD Students Services web portal, Click on the Registration link at the Pre Matric Scholarship Fresh Registration Web Page.
- Users can fill the Student basic details or Applicant Details in the required fields. Applicants are advised to verify the information filled before submitting the form. No change in the basic information submitted will be entertained.
