Establishment of TS Tourism Development Corporation, Telangana State Tourism Development Corporation Limited (TSTDC) for T State. Andhra Pradesh Tourism Development Corporation (APTDC) for AP State. APTDC divided into two Tourism Development Corporation. APTDC bifurcated into TSTDC and APTDC .
In the context of A.P Reorganization Act, 2014, Government of Telangana State, Youth Advancement and Culture (T&PMU) Department has accorded permission to the registration of new company in the name of “Telangana State Tourism Development Corporation Limited”. In this connection the Govt. of Telangana has issued government order ms no.1 on 24th July, 2014 for Establishment of Telangana State Tourism Development Corporation’.

ORDER:
Under the provisions of the Andhra Pradesh Reorganization Act, 2014 the existing Andhra Pradesh Tourism Development Corporation (APTDC), which is in Schedule IX, is required to be bifurcated into two, so as to continue uninterrupted services to the tourists and also for promotion of the tourism activities.
- Accordingly, Government hereby accord permission for the registration of new Public Limited Company for Telangana State under the nomenclature of “Telangana State Tourism Development Corporation Limited”, (TSTDC), under the Companies Act 2013.
- The Joint Managing Director, Telangana Tourism, Andhra Pradesh Tourism Development Corporation Limited, Hyderabad is requested to take immediate action, accordingly and furnish the compliance report.
