Teachers who have submitted the Telangana Teachers Transfers Online application along with web option entry in the transfers counselling process can download the Telangana Teachers Transfers Allotment Order 2023 from the web portal using login details.
After completion of teachers allotment process, a message with information would be sent to the teacher’s mobile number via IFMIS which you have been allotted.

Transfers Updates:
a. Transfer Order lists will be cross-checked by the Nodal DEOs.
b. If No Issues on Lists, It will be circulated for Committee Approval.
c. After Approval, The Lists will be resent to the Concerned RJDs by evening.
d. RJDs will issue the TS Teachers Transfers Orders
Teachers will be allotted to new schools according to their given options and orders will be issued accordingly. After completion of web option entry, the government will send information in the form of short messages to the mobile phones of all teachers in all schools of the state. A copy of the order will be attached along with the same information.
How to Download the Teachers Transfers Orders 2023?
Teachers who have given the web options in the Telangana Teachers Transfers Counselling can check details and download school allotment order from the Transfers website by using login details. Teachers should follow the below given simple steps for downloading the IFMIS Allotment Order.
- Visit Transfers Website
A Teacher need to visit the official website of Telangana Teachers Transfers by entering http://transfers.dse.telangana.gov.in in your device browser search bar for accessing the web portal.
- Click on Allotment Order button
Once you reach the Telangana Transfers website, click on Allotment Order button on home page. Once click on the button, TS Teachers Allotment Order web Page will be opened in your device.
- Enter Employee Code
On the Telangana Transfers Allotment Order web page, enter your employee code and captcha code in the given boxes. You need to click on the search button, then your details like name, phone number will be displayed in your device and check your details.
- Click on Send OTP button
After checking your details, click on the send OTP button. An One Time Password (4 digits) will be sent to your mobile number and enter the received OTP in the required fields and click on the submit button. Then, Download Allotment Order Option will be enabled for you.
- Click on Download Allotment Order button
Now, click on the Download Allotment Order button. Then your Allocation Order would be download in your deivce.
- Click on Print button
Now, Click on the Print Button, the file will be opened for Printing OR Saving. Take a print or save PDF file for future reference and submit to the concerned your department officials which you belongs.
Transfer Orders of GHMs Reaching Nodal DEOs in All Districts. Information that these orders were sent to the transfer committee. GHMs are likely to issue transfer orders for the evening following the approval of the Transfer Committee.
